Whatever. Nothing illegal about it. More Americans in Mississippi and Alabama should apply for the jobs. GET OUT THERE AND APPLY AMERICANS, these are pretty good jobs for Mississippi and Alabama citizens, seems to me. They even offer transportation expense for some of the jobs.

I think you're missing the point. Faith Forestry Services is not actively pursing or publicizing the jobs looking for American workers in the specific areas of need. They're purposely remaining low-key in the job seeking effort so they can hire foreign labor through the H-2B program. In other words, they are attempting to skirt the law, even though it may be legal, to continue their hiring of foreign labor.
