Elections are always about voting for the lesser of two evils. Human beings, i.e. voters and candidates, have differing opinions on things. It's the nature of human beings that no candidate will be anyone's perfect candidate. Politics requires pragmatism. Go ahead and vote for someone who has no chance of beating Nobama. That's exactly what Nobama wants.

    Well stated.

Romney is just doing a little sidestep! The only thing I am convinced of is that googler is an Obama Supporter.

That is out of bounds. If Googler is an Obama supporter because of his/her skepticism about Mitt Romney, then you could count me as an Obama supporter as well.

Everyone here is going to have to respect those that are not on the Romney band wagon because after saying he supported what Rubio wants to do, which is what Obama just did, a lot of people are going to balk on Romney.

Those are just the facts and there is plenty to lose and nothing to be gained by Romney supporters bashing those that dont support Romney over immigration issues.

If you all want to play that game, the enemy is going to plow right through us all which is what they intend to do, are likely to do, and will do unless we pull together and overcome our greatest challenge to date.

Of course he is. Above all else, Romney is a politician and as such needs to be very careful of what cards he decides to play and when. If he was to come out and say everything we would all like to hear, it would only serve to energize the enemy. IMO, it seems that some folks are forgetting the many things Romney has said and done in the past and are only focusing on some of the things he's not saying. Honestly, I can't see how anyone could think he'd be worse than Obama ........ but that's just my opinion.

Oblame-O owns this mess we're in all of it.

Republicans have picked our candidate, love him or hate him he now represents the GOP.

Obama is going to lose, a incarcerated convicted felon received 42% of his votes.

This President who is truly unknown to us, has swung a wrecking ball through this country and that ball is now completely extended on it's cable at a 45 degree angle, and is now on the down swing.

It is all "Damage Control" from here till November! Because if "We the People" let Obama win re-election it's over for not just the GOP, but for all Americans.

Anyone who logs on here knows or should know what is going on around us "Right Now" FEMA camps sprouting up all over, 450 million rounds of ammo for the DHS, Drones that look like UFO's so any sightings will be discredited, the only place we have left to find out what's really going on is under attack, the list is endless 40,00 new laws and 10,000 new regulations enacted as of Jan.1,2012

All of you here and all of those Americans like you, are all this country has left. Either you do it or it won't get done. Standing shoulder to shoulder is how we will win this fight. Want a link? Google "We stomped your ass in Wisconsin" and see what comes up!

Please! Help keep the lights on here, because it's all we have left, for now anyway!

And please don't forget the 2nd fastest way to say "You Suck" or "I love you" is Twitter

Ah pragmatism. Leads to compromise. Was Reagan being pragmatic when he passed Amnesty? So if Romney were to, say, accept Obama's policy change, he's simply being pragmatic right? Of course, pragmatism also means the politician expects to get something in return or to strike some sort of balance that will make his side somewhat happy.

I accept that there may be some near truth in what you say. I have voted for over 50 years, and this is the only election that am finding no faith in either candidate over anything. I would say that is a phenomenom or a political conspiracy. No faith or confidence in either, yet, I' m watching for a glimmer of hope.

I want to thank everyone that has been making the effort to discuss these highly emotional and contentious issues while staying within the framework of ALIPAC's rules.

ALIPAC's rules, which prohibit personal attacks and insults on other users, has recently been exploited by a small group of people that have been on our site trying to cause trouble while smiling in our faces.

Many of them are gone now and more may be leaving soon.

So everyone please review the rules and stick to them like 90% of the people that post at ALIPAC do.

We need all the help we can get here and we do all we can to provide a strong and organized online communty for you that is still vibrant after almost 8 years of operations.

Thanks again to all of you that are sticking to the rules of our online community.
