Bush didn't wait until the bodies were cold

Through his spokesman, Tony Snow, Bush has expressed "disappointment" at the election results, but has noted that the new Democrat majority presents "interesting opportunities" such as comprehensive immigration reform. This raises an interesting specter. What is the possibility that the White House intentionally sabotaged this election in order to press the pro-immigration agenda?

Do you have a source for that statement that I could link to ?

That Bush would be feeling no pain over a GOP House loss has been my belief for months.
It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

Please tell me you're kidding, did Bush really say, "The new Democrat majority presents interesting opportunities such as comprehensive immigration reform, " or did you add the "comprehensive immigration reform" bit yourself?

    You are scarying me!

I heard it as well on Fox and I have the national email alert about the statement going out now. You can see my rendition of it in the top of Announcements.

That SOB did this on purpose.

I knew we were screwed while watching Wall Street go wild.

    The fix was in.

Bush came out and pushed Guest Worker again throwing his numbers down over 5 points and then went around in the swing districts putting his arms around Republicans.

George Bush has screwed this country more than any President in modern history.

Did he actually mention comprehensive immigration reform??? I can't believe that this was on this morons mind??? The Republicans were voted out of office because of this idiot!! If he drags this war out any longer, you'll see Hillary as president in 2 years. Bush is the best thing to come along for the Democrats in years. What a fool.

Tell me Tony Snow didn't say this. Via a reader: "FoxNews reporting from the White House: White House spokesman Tony Snow reacted to the change in House control by allowing they're disappointed, but that it presents some intriguing opportunities, such as passing comprehensive immigration reform which failed in the previous Republican House."

We need to organize with every anti-illegal immigrant group in America and send a message to the Bush administration and Democrat leadership that this is totally unacceptable!!!
