I'm wondering how many of you would be favorable to admitting Christian refugees from persecution and violence?

Would you be more favorable to admitting refugees if there weren't so many illegal aliens in the USA?

I'm sorry, but no. It's not about all the pitiful and pathetic circumstances millions if not billions of people are facing all over the world. We can't take them. No. We're full. They have to figure it out in their own countries. If being a Christian will cause them harm, they need to keep it to themselves until things change. They or their families were part of the tyranny that gave these countries their power to begin with. What goes around comes around.

I know some Syrian Christians. They're liberals, outspoken, sharp tongued and catty. It's the Middle East temperament. We've got problems with the Jews, too, another Middle East group.

I'm sure. The attitude of all Americans should be, no more immigration with the message you have to change your own countries with your own people against your own leaders. This religious squabbling and all the crimes committed in the name of it must be something we don't engage in, that we don't take sides on, that we don't fight against only to be found to be defending another version of it, so we need to tell whoever from wherever, it's your country, go fix it, these are your fellow citizens, these are your neighbors, these are your people, these are your leaders, these are your laws to deal with, not ours. Yours.
