NBC: VP Debate ‘Living Encapsulation’ of U.S. ‘Demographic Transformation’

Wednesday night’s vice presidential debate between Vice President Mike Pence (R) and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) is a “living encapsulation” of the United States’ “demographic transformation” spurred by mass immigration over the last six decades, NBC News reports.

Sahil Kapur writes at NBC News that while Pence represents the Euro-centric immigration levels of the last century, Harris “reflects the changing demographics of the country” where the foreign-born population has ballooned to nearly 45 million.

Kapur writes:

Near the end of Pence’s childhood in 1976, 8 in 10 Americans identified as white and Christian. By his first year as vice president, 2017, that number had declined to 43 percent, according to the Public Religion Research Institute. [Emphasis added]

Today it is Harris, the first Black and Asian American woman to be included on a major party presidential ticket, who reflects the changing demographics of the country. [Emphasis added]

Harris, 55, embodies the melting pot that America has become. She’s a daughter of an Indian immigrant mother and a Jamaican father. She grew up with Hindu and Christian influences, identifies as a Baptist, and has a Jewish husband. Born in Oakland, California, she’s the first in her immediate family to be constitutionally eligible to serve on a U.S. presidential ticket. [Emphasis added]

In August, the New York Times called Harris the “face of America’s demographic shift,” noting that Since 2000, the number of immigrants arriving from India has more than doubled to roughly four million.

Immigration from India has jumped so much that demographers project Asians to be the largest immigrant group in the U.S. by the year 2055 — outpacing 40 years of Hispanics being the largest immigrant group.

An analysis published by Pew Research Center acknowledged that the continuing rising foreign-born population, with no end in sight without reductions to immigration, is immensely helpful for Democrats’ political prospects.

“… the Democratic Party maintains a wide and long-standing advantage among Black, Hispanic and Asian American registered voters,” Pew researchers state.

“The substantial percentage point increase of voters who are not white as a share of the country’s overall electorate was largely driven by second-generation Americans — the U.S.-born children of immigrants — coming of age, as well as immigrants naturalizing and becoming eligible to vote,” they note.

The Washington Post, New York Times, the Atlantic, Axios, the Los Angeles Times, and the Wall Street Journal have all admitted that rapid demographic changes because of immigration are tilting the nation toward a permanent Democrat dominance.

“The single biggest threat to Republicans’ long-term viability is demographics,” Axios acknowledged last year. “The numbers simply do not lie … there’s not a single demographic megatrend that favors Republicans.”

If legal immigration levels are not reduced, the U.S. will have imported about 15 million new foreign-born voters by 2040. Those 15 million new foreign-born voters include about eight million who will have arrived through chain migration.

In the upcoming 2020 election, about one-in-ten U.S. voters will have been born outside the country. Likewise, Hispanic Americans are set to outpace black Americans as the largest voting minority group in this year’s election.

Such realities have already been seen in the last presidential election.

Among native-born Americans, Trump won 49 percent to Democrat Hillary Clinton’s 45 percent, according to exit polling data. Among foreign-born residents, Clinton dominated Trump, garnering 64 percent of the immigrant population’s vote compared to Trump’s mere 31 percent.

We need chain deportation. We need to send 30 million illegal aliens and visa overstay back. Cut off the free stuff and make them self deport. End birthright citizenship. Get them out of our housing. They have no housing, they go home.

Stop foreigners from buying up our real estate. It should be lease only.

We need to send all refugees back to rebuild their own countries, they cannot stay here, and they should NOT be given our citizenship.

We need to demand every person here on TPS is deported within the next 6 months, all of them, no more sob stories! If their countries can buy weapons for war and fighting, then they can damn well pay to rebuild and feed their own people. Their choice. Fight, starve and die, or make peace and prosper. Keep them out of here.

We need DACA work permits to be terminated and they need to be ordered for removal as well. No Amnesty #8 and no path to stay. The whole family goes with their illegal DAPA parents. "Deferred" Deportation is over. They should have been deported 30 years ago.

Stop giving our citizenship away to over One Million people a year! Then add in their offspring.

Looking forward, we will now have 4-5 generations of these foreigners affecting the outcome of our elections. These people do not love our country, they do not respect our laws. They come here for jobs and money and free stuff. That is it. These people are not loyal to the United States. And of course, they want their entire families, and countries to come here too. Then they go kicking and screaming because of the lengthy and costly procedure to come here.

Audit our benefits and enforce Public Charge. That should be in FULL FORCE now. Get it done and get them off our benefits.

This massive invasion of our country is affecting our housing, our jobs, our schools, our roads, our healthcare system, and our environment. They are overcrowding our courts, jails, and prisons as well. We are now creating more poverty and run down ghettos as well with more gangs. These people do not get along on their own soil, and they fight each other here.

Now they are eligible to vote. They are destroying our country. We cannot allow One Billion people on the planet to come here. They are voting to turn our country into the corrupt, lawless, dump they left with the policies of Biden - Harris and the Democrat party.

I watched an interview with Venezuelans in Florida. They are voting for communist, open border, Biden. Unbelievable. They just do not get it. Send them all back! They think we can just open the border to everyone in Cuba, Venezuela, South America, Central America, Mexico. No way! Go home and build America on your own soil. Go home and diversify YOUR country with billions of people from around the world and see how YOU like it!

These people come here, they do not assimilate, they do not UNDERSTAND our country, our laws and why we want them enforced.

Why would they understand when they fought for nothing, and are GIVEN everything on a silver platter without paying, with no skin in the game. Give them nothing. They should be having their own Civil War back home and fight for their rights there.

It is expensive to live here, we have no housing, we have millions out of work and displaced due to floods, hurricanes, tornados, and fires. More people here, more damage to our environment. We need to preserve our land, our water, our resources.

We must stop all immigration and ramp up deportations the next four years to make a dent in the destruction of our way of life, our peace, our prosperity.

Not one refugee, asylum, TPS, or illegal alien should be allowed into our country. Send them all to the countries who signed the "Migration Pact". We did not sign it. Give them the list, they can take their pick.
