Need information--LaRaza's "international offices"
If anyone would like to do a little research on the web I would like to find out some specific projects, programs or offices of NCLR (LaRaza) which exist or operate in countries other than the US or Puerto Rico. I am looking for detailed, factual and up-to date information about specific sites. Even though LaRaza is a US based organization they apparently have international efforts. But where? Anyone got time to do some digging?

The Office of Institutional Development (O.I.D.) coordinates NCLR's national initiatives in education, AIDS and other health education efforts, the elderly and leadership development,as well as international projects involving Europe.""Men of low degree are vanity, Men of high degree are a lie.
