Malkin's analysis is spot on as usual, especially this:

Is it just me? Why do we need a 'new' approach. You know the one we used for decades worked just fine.

Why don't we use laws already on the books? Why are they talking about 'new' laws?

In my opinion, it is just a stalling tactic. They will next tell us they 'need time to gets these implemented' or to get the 'new technology up and running'. That's time to pass our green cards and citizenship papers by the thousands.


I fear these big time corporations are going to use some loophole to 'recycle' their illegals into some kind of 'legal' worker and we are in worse shape than now.

Is it possible the layoffs at Pilgrim's simply went back to Mexico, was hired at their plant there, then returned here under the NAFTA worker program?

WE, - WE have to go after the employers - we simply must.
