Thread: Trump is America's YouTube president

I sincerely believe that it was YouTube that won the presidency for Trump. I was tuning in every day to watch him speak every time he spoke on the campaign trail. Most of the time he was just repeating the same old thing over and over again, but I tuned in anyway to see where it differed and occasionally it did.

I'm guessing that I am not the only one who sees this and that his presidency will make good use of YouTube. By way of comparison, Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel has a YouTube site and posts to it very frequently. It gets a little tedious and he rarely speaks English, but it seems he always has somebody following him around with a camera. It's just too easy.

Is anyone else aware of a nation's leader using YouTube to address the public?

We do owe a great deal of thanks and gratitude to YouTube. Without it, we could not have seen the rallies, the crowds, the movement or seen Trump or heard his many speeches. That said, I think YouTube might have tried to censor or play some games with our Right Side Broadcasting, but I am not technical enough or informed enough on this to know for sure. In any event, they were there, which allowed us to rally around our candidate and do so in such a marvelous way.

So thank you YouTube for being there. Whether you intended to or not, your technology and service allowed the American People a vehicle to elect Donald Trump and save our nation.
