NFL, Spanish Language Commercials and Dead Air

I'm watching the Houston game on CBS and about 10 minutes ago, they went to commercial break. Played a CSI commercial where Grissom proposes... Then it went to a Spanish Commercial, with subtitles that only lasted about 5 seconds, then it cut to a brief clip of the previously mentioned CSI commercial and then the screen went black for 21 seconds. I was counting. Looks like they pulled the plug on the Spanish commercial.

Dead Air! Is that the curse of the Spanish Language Commercials?

Looks like they yanked it at the last minute. Looks like they tried to swap it with the CSI but that was a miss because they had just played that one.

They must have been receiving some phone calls and e-mails. Hmmm, think they understand the outrage of the American public yet? They sure don't know how to report our viewpoint.

    NO means NO!

Just so everyone know Tony Gonzalez, a hispanic football player, just broke the NFL record for most Touchdowns after a tight end in history. Expect the NFL to be stupid and play spanish ads next year promoting that.

I love Tony G., Chiefs are my favorite team. I would like to see the NFL highlight his accomplishments in english though!

Bunch of hype over nothing breaking the record of 62 touchdown receptions set by Shannon Sharpe from 1990-03. Nothing
