    It gets worse.
Obama is now dumping contagious disease carrying illegal aliens all across the country.

Arizona’s ABC-15 has reported that illegal aliens are being found with scabies, chicken pox, MRSA, and other contagious viruses. As we detailed previously, Obama is provoking this deliberate, unprecedented invasion of illegal aliens. His allies are spreading the word that Obama has essentially shut off all immigration enforcement. And in nations like El Salvador and Honduras the media is urging women and children (mainly teenagers) to make the grueling trek to cross the U.S. border, because Obama will never deport them, and they can receive jobs and taxpayer-funded welfare for life.
The problem is, thousands of them are infected with disease, and this is not Ellis Island c. 1914, where immigrants with diseases were quarantined or deported. Under Obama, the border is wide open, and all women and minors are being released into Texas and Arizona, and told to “report” to an immigration hearing in places as far away as Hartford, CT.
The vast majority — more than 75% — never show up, and are thus lost in a town near you — with their diseases unchecked and untreated.

    WATCH:

The flood of contagious illegal aliens has Border Patrol agents sounding the alarm:
“U.S. Border Patrol agents are worried that what’s coming over into the U.S. could harm everyone. “This time the focus is not on the women and children that are crossing over in droves. “Agents are worrying about a viral outbreak. “We are sending people everywhere. The average person doesn’t know what’s going on down here,” said Border Patrol agent and Rio Grande Valley Union representative Chris Cabrera.
“Our Border Patrol agents check on us all the time and they told us about the outbreak of scabies,” Garcia said. “Cabrera says the sickness doesn’t stop at scabies. “We are starting to see chicken pox, MRSA staph infections, we are starting to see different viruses,” Cabrera said.
“Garcia believes the viruses are not confined to the detention center. Not long ago, a group of border-crossers came knocking on his door. “It was a 7-month-old baby. It was shaking, it had a fever,” Garcia said.
Dozens of Border Patrol agents have already contracted scabies and he fears it will spread quickly.
It’s contagious, we are transporting people to different parts of the state and different parts of the country,” Cabrera said.”
Below: Victims of “scabies”, a parasitic skin disease being spread by illegal aliens in Texas.

And these infected illegals are now headed to a city or town near you.
You may have heard that Obama is dumping thousands of illegal aliens (mainly teenagers) in Arizona cities. But did you know that just today, 600 of these illegals were shipped to Oklahoma — and thousands more to California. And that is the destinations DHS will confirm.

This is your new, lawless nation, under King Obama.
“Immigration reform”? Not on your life. The only way America will survive this is to jettison GOP traitors like Eric Cantor, and retake the Senate in November, and for states like Texas and Arizona to stand up to Federal tyranny, and detain these illegals themselves. What are they waiting for?

Border agents warn of ‘chicken pox, MRSA staph’ from illegal child crossings

    By Cheryl K. Chumley
    The Washington Times
    Tuesday, June 10, 2014

Border patrol agents who have already experienced scabies infestations from illegal border crossers now fear the thousands of children who are sweeping into the United States are bringing a host of new diseases and ailments — of even more serious nature.

“We are starting to see chicken pox, MRSA staph infections; we are starting to see different viruses,” said Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol agent Chris Cabrera said, ABC 15 reported.

Meanwhile, agents are still fighting off the scabies, a highly contagious skin disease that causes massive itching due to burrowing mites. An estimated 10-to-15 percent of illegal immigrants who are captured in the Rio Grande Valley region are found to have scabies, and some have passed the disease on to border agents, Breitbart reported. Yet agents don’t have time to screen all those who have been entering lately for diseases.

“We don’t screen for diseases,” said Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol spokesman Omar Zamora, to Breitbart Texas. “All we are is a processing center, so we don’t do that.”

And that is leaving some agents nervous about the processing.

“Apparently, a significant amount of communicable disease is suspected by custodial and agent personnel,” Zack Taylor, chairman of the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers, told Breitbart Texas. “What level of medical screening, if any, is being done is unknown. What the medical testing shows is likely not being shared with the agents. And, there are potential communicable diseases that the detainees will not be tested for unless individually requested by a medical officer, which is unlikely without acute symptoms.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Cabrera warned that diseases brought across the border could easily spread to other parts of the country.

“It’s contagious. We are transporting people to different parts of the state and different parts of the country,” he said, ABC 15 reported.

The Department of Homeland Security, in response, said officials are “conducting public health screens on all incoming detainees to screen for any symptoms of contagious diseases of possible public health concern,” Breitbart reported.

[Watch] Diseased Illegal Aliens Being Transported Throughout the U.S. Risk Epidemics

The reporter, Navideh Forghani, is in McAllen, TX, reporting on what could be a very serious consequence of the Obama regime’s promotion of open borders, disease. She says that right now, the only thing separating those with contagious infections from the healthy, including innocent American citizens, is caution tape.
Border Patrol agent Chris Cabrera is interviewed and he details how his agency is “sending people everywhere” and the average person, the average citizen doesn’t realize what’s going on down here.
Cabrera describes an outbreak of scabies as well as chicken pox, staph infections and other different viruses that they haven’t seen previously. He does not believe the infections are confined to detention centers.
He details how now his agency is transporting contagious people to different parts of the state and different parts of the country. He’s says, “Some of these viruses are asymptomatic at this point, so they’re not showing the symptoms.”
Local resident Jorge Garcia says, “Just the fact that we are exposed to it and so is everybody else here in south Texas, is a great concern to us.”

Media spin says this comes from "recent travelers" to the Caribbean I think that it is coming from travelers FROM the Caribbean and other tropical nations.

More states report cases of mosquito-borne chikungunya virus

A painful, mosquito-borne viral illness has surfaced across the United States, carried by recent travelers to the Caribbean where the virus is raging.

Health officials in North Carolina, Nebraska and Indiana this week reported the first confirmed chikungunya cases in those states, along with Tennessee, which has suspected cases.

Chikungunya has rapidly spread in the Caribbean in recent months, sending thousands of patients to hospitals with painful joints, pounding headaches and spiking fevers.

Florida's 25 cases account for the majority reported in the United States, according to state health officials and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The cases in the continental United States have not been transmitted by local mosquitoes, which would raise the threat.

"It will be more difficult for the virus to establish itself here," said Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious disease specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Along with new reports, the CDC is monitoring chikungunya in Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Virginia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Symptoms surface within three to seven days after a bite from an infected mosquito and typically dissipate within a week. There is no vaccine, and the virus is not deadly. Medications can help treat high fevers.

The Caribbean Public Health Agency said this week the number of confirmed and suspected cases had risen to 135,651, up from just over 100,000 on June 2. The virus has been detected in 20 countries and territories, with the largest outbreak of suspected cases in the Dominican Republic.

Health officials in the Dominican Republic said they detected more than 77,000 suspected cases since the virus reached the country five and half months ago, including 20,000 new suspected cases in the last week alone, according to the Public Health Ministry.

World Health Organization representatives in Haiti said chikungunya will continue to spread as mosquitoes breed in standing water and in the open containers used in many Haitian homes that lack running water.

Chikungunya coming to the US? What you need to know about the virus

A new disease has hit the Caribbean islands – and experts say it’s only a matter of time before it makes its way to the United States.
The virus is chikungunya, a mosquito-borne illness that causes high fevers and sometimes intense pain. First identified in Tanzania in 1952, chikungunya has mostly remained within Sub-Saharan Africa, the Arabian Peninsula and Southeast Asia for the past few decades – despite occasional cases appearing in the United States from a returning traveler.
But it all changed in 2013, when health experts found that sustained transmission of the chikungunya virus had occurred in the Caribbean, meaning people on the islands were starting to become infected by local mosquitos. Now the virus is widespread, with up to 17 different countries in the Caribbean reporting cases of the disease.
Given the amount of U.S. travelers who vacation in the tropical islands each year, health experts believe chikungunya will soon spread beyond the Caribbean Sea, setting up shop in its neighboring continents.
“The mosquitos that transmit this infection are pretty widespread around the world, and that’s why the infection has been able to spread across the tropical Pacific and now into the Caribbean,” Dr. Jorge Parada, medical director of the infection prevention program at Loyola University, Chicago, and medical spokesperson for the National Pest Management Association, told FoxNews.com. “And there’s absolutely no reason why this infection can’t spread to more of South America and the southern United States.”
Parada noted that chikungunya’s spread likely reflects the increased mobility of people today, as well as the changing climate, which has caused many plants, animals and insects to change the ranges of their habitats to accommodate the warmer weather.
Given chikungunya’s inevitable crossover to America, here’s what you need to know about the virus – and how you can protect yourself from infection.

    What is chikungunya?

Chikungunya is a viral infection transmitted to humans by infected mosquitos – mainly by the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus species. According to Parada, these types of mosquitos are widespread across the Americas and tend to bite during the daytime rather than at night. Unlike other mosquitos that spread disease, such as the ones responsible for malaria, these mosquitos are found in urban areas and can thrive in big cities.
Infection of the chikungunya virus occurs when a person gets bitten by a mosquito that has previously fed on another infected individual.
“[If you] have the virus circulating in your bloodstream, the mosquito sucks your blood, acquires the virus, and if it feeds again, there’s always some level of regurgitation of the prior meal,” Parada said. “Then they inoculate us with the virus, so we can then get infected.”
Once a person becomes infected, there’s an incubation period of three to seven days before symptoms present. The most common signs of the virus are fever and joint pain, typically in multiple different joints. Like any viral syndrome, chikungunya can also cause muscle aches, headaches, rash and joint swelling.
Although rarely lethal, there is no cure for chikungunya, and its effects can be quite debilitating – especially for the elderly population. While some patients will only suffer a minor fever and mild joint pain that dissipates within a week, others can suffer very high fevers and sustained joint pain for several weeks or even months.
In fact, in the Makonde language, the term “chikungunya” means to be bent out of shape, in reference to the virus’s ability to cause people to contort in pain.
“The key thing is it tends to give you a lot of joint pain,” Parada said. “There’s a saying that, ‘It won’t kill you, but you may wish your dead.’”

    How to stop infection

Since there aren’t any current therapies for treating chikungunya, Parada said the best course of action is prevention – mainly by avoiding mosquito bites. Fortunately, the United States has much better mosquito control than many other nations, as most Americans live in air conditioned homes with screens and filters.
But on an individual level, people can reduce their exposure to mosquitos by wearing protective clothing, utilizing insect repellents and staying indoors on hot days. Additionally, people should avoid or eliminate any standing water near their home, as it can serve as a mosquito breeding site. Parada said homeowners should also make sure leaves don’t pile up in their gutters, as this can cause water to pool.
If someone does become infected with chikungunya, he or she should go to a doctor and try to wait out the symptoms. Over-the-counter pain medications can help to mitigate the symptoms, but there’s no treatment for eliminating the virus. Furthermore, infected patients can help to stop the spread of the disease by taking extra precautions to avoid mosquitos.
“That person should really make an effort not to get mosquito bites,” Parada said. “You don’t want that person acting as a source of infection for more people. I can imagine people thinking the opposite: ‘I already got it, what does it matter?’ But they really don’t want to get bitten by mosquitos and pass it along.”
So far, there have only been a few isolated cases of chikungunya in the United States, and there have been no reports of sustained transmission, so people don’t need to worry just yet. And even when the virus does travel over to the United States, Parada said there’s no reason to panic.
“The bad news is: It is a not fun infection. But the good news is you’re not going to die from it,” Parada said. “Many people would say this is more uncomfortable than catching the flu, but unlike the flu, this won’t kill you. So you have to take it in that context.”

    SCABIES--

Scabies is an itchy skin condition caused by the microscopic mite Sarcoptes scabei. It is common all over the world, and can affect anyone. Scabies spreads quickly in crowded conditions where there is frequent skin-to-skin contact between people. Hospitals, child-care centers, and nursing homes are examples. Scabies can easily infect sex partners and other household members. Sharing clothes, towels, and bedding can sometimes spread scabies. This can happen much more easily when the infested person has crusted scabies. You cannot get scabies from a pet. Pets get a different mite infection called mange.
    Symptoms are

    • Pimple-like irritations or a rash
    • Intense itching, especially at night
    • Sores caused by scratching

Your health care provider diagnoses scabies by looking at the skin rash and finding burrows in the skin.
Several lotions are available to treat scabies. The infected person's clothes, bedding and towels should be washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer. Treatment is also recommended for household members and sexual partners.
