Next Wave of Border-Crashers Expected Soon, Magnets Still In Place, Weather’s Better

It was just a matter of time and that time has about run out. The summer months and the heat that accompanies them have had the same effect that border enforcement would if we were to utilize it. Most of those who have plans of invading the United States have delayed them because the hot desert has itself become a border of sorts. The illegals might not make it, they could die.
Not to worry, the heat that has been stopping them is dissipating. Cooler temperatures are on their way and the DHS illegal alien welcome mat is still rolled out.
Carl Meacham is the director of the Americas Program of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. In a recent EFE interview reported by Fox News Latino and Brietbart.com, he said, “The situation in Central America has not changed, we have the same problems of insecurity and violence, the lack of governability continues and jobs are still a problem – there is no work for young people who are members of cartels or street gangs.”
That’s their problems, not ours, or at least they shouldn’t be ours. We are not responsible for creating a favorable climate in every country around the world or even in our hemisphere.
As for the United States, Meachum said that “The president has not acted, Congress has not acted and the circumstances of the situation have not changed. There has been no legislation or change from the executive branch to eliminate the reasons why these children come to the United States.”
Meacham used the word children, but the truth is that anyone with enough money can enter our country. There is nothing other than economics to prevent it and for those who lack the economic resources, the U.S. government is their sponsor. Ours is truly a non-existent border.
He also generalizes by blaming Congress, but it would be accurate to blame Democrats for the influx that they created, both in the Senate and from within the executive branch.
The commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, Gil Kerlikowske, echoed Meacham’s predictions on Monday. He cited the regime’s same tired excuses of drought, gang violence, and poor economic conditions as reinvigorating the problem and that the seasonal lull is a yearly event. He said “All of those things would tell me that we should be very prepared for an influx,” but that “It may not be anywhere near the levels that we saw.”
Kerlikowske is either an idiot or he thinks that we all are. He characterizes the American people as poor, hapless victims, outwitted by the peasants of Central America and incapable of protecting their country from sufficiently motivated children.
His job is to stop them and he isn’t doing his job. Neither is his boss at DHS, Jeh Johnson. These government officials who are refusing to do the jobs they are being paid to do are violating their oath of office and at a minimum should be immediately terminated. Criminal charges should follow whenever appropriate and possible.
By failing to hold them accountable we are allowing them to get away with their dereliction. Our weakness is that we are law-abiding and respectful, “flaws” that socialist Democrats don’t possess.
Unless Republicans are able to take the Senate, this current problem will become institutionalized. The open border will remain indefinitely and not only will the peasants of Central America be here, we will also have imported their corrupt and unaccountable form of government.
The system for inducting these illegal aliens into our society, in violation of our immigration laws, has been through the initial shock phase and the agencies involved have had time to adjust and make corrections to their system for circumventing our laws.
Just as they have shifted to using a larger number of smaller vehicles for transport instead of buses to hide the truth about the numbers and the severity of the problem, they have retooled every aspect of their covert assault on the American citizens. When we do make discoveries, the Senate and traitors in the House as well as the media provide cover.
Jeh Johnson, Eric Holder and Hussein Obama have successfully corrupted the United States government to the point that lawlessness on the part of a government official is tolerated, ignored, or expected and is even applauded by some.
The House bill which was passed in the beginning of August and which Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) labored tirelessly to have the Senate vote on would have addressed and corrected the problem.
Harry Reid and Obama took advantage of the calendar, with Congress being in session for only three weeks of the three months leading up to the elections, our voices have been partially silenced. We are now down to the last line of defense, the grassroots American people and the vote.
There’s always a chance that the American people will stand up for themselves, but that will involve getting up off of the couch and turning off the NFL or Oprah. Some people might actually have to go to work, too, if they can find one.
It’s a tough decision for some. That couch is awful comfortable, those EBT loads are nice.
