FINALLY someone who realizes that ILLEGAL aliens have NO constitutional right to sue ANYONE!!!! ONLY LEGAL citizens of the U.S. have Constitutional rights!!!

Also, that article about Payne and stocks was from 2006. Obviously, in over a year, nothing came of it. Many people have a financial adviser who handles all their stocks and money for them, so he may be unaware of where a lot of his money sits in what stocks. Some people are really involved, some people just hand over the money and say "see how much profit you can get off of this amount."

Way to go, Payne!!

Maybe Oklahoma is the state we should count on for passing the anti anchor baby law, and when it was challenged in court, I'd REALLY want Payne to be the Judge presiding over that case!!! (Then it would go to the supreme court, and HOPEFULLY the current justices will see reason and revoke anchor baby privileges once and for all!!! We just need a baby e-verify system to be issuing U.S. birth certificates, and we're all set!)
