Open Letter to Bush, Rice, Senate & Congress

While in Mexico, Sec of State C Rice warned the MMP border patrol spotter group to obey the law. She also said that US would work closely with Mexico to ease immigration issues.

Well here's my warning to you. You do not know the whirlwind you will reap.

To President Bush, C Rice, every member of the Senate and the House who have chicken fat in place of a spine.

I, and millions of other LEGAL citizens, warn every one of you.
YOU BETTER START OBEYING U.S. LAW.
You can be replaced. You also can be found guilty of “malfeasance of office�.

You arrogant people took a solemn oath to uphold the Constitution and all of its provisions. That includes protecting the American people and nation against foreign invasion. Instead of doing your duty you are willingly handing off pieces of US sovereignty.

Each of you is GUILTY of encouraging that invasion. You are destroying our way of life by naming China “most favored nation� to sell them defense-critical technology and help them destroy thousands of US textile businesses who are closing and will never recover. And you are destroying the infrastructure that supplies our military with critical equipment.

You are devastating the construction industry with cheap illegal labor, offshoring American jobs, issuing unprecedented numbers of H1B and L1 visas to people who take American jobs away from Americans in our own country.

You deal solicitously with Presidente Fox whose government publishes manuals to help illegals slink into our country. You are making Homeland IN-security into a dangerous farce that surely will get many more citizens killed. You turn a blind eye to the unprecedented rise in diseases, via CDC incidence reports, that the U.S. had almost eradicated but now are on the rise due to illegals.

This is destroying the nation. It will destroy the Republican party because many will be ousted from office in the upcoming elections. And all who support CAFTA, NAFTA, FTAA, and the border invasion had best remember that people are keeping track of your voting. At the next Senate, House, or Governor’s election, how will you feel when all those states turn blue instead of red? Perhaps, better a known enemy than a trusted friend to stab you in the back. Remember, Bush does not need re-election, but at state and federal level, every single one of you do.

You are either for us or against us.

None of you have even a minute idea of just how utterly enraged Americans are at your acts of treachery. You are traitors to this country. You are dishonorable oath breakers. You show care and concern for all people EXCEPT American citizens.

Foreign governments are welcome to file suits in the US against American citizens. Bush wants Mexican officials to oversee the convictions of alien criminals on death row. You are complacent with our Supreme court making decisions NOT based on the constitution but on international legal opinions. The Supremes too are oath breakers, or just too old to remember what their duty is.

I for one am ready to start filing lawsuits to get every one of you traitors out of office. And I am/was a long time staunch Republican.

Did you read a manual on "How to Destroy America"? You seem to be too befuddled to understand the destruction you are causing, unless it is an intentional plan. You spew mantras about "jobs americans don't want to do" that mean nothing but must comfort you while you are welcoming more illegals. Is it that polluted air in DC, or are all of you on some power greed trip.

I utterly disdained President Clinton as being of low moral character. And I do believe that character does count. But you Mr Bush are the greater disappointment. I would far rather have Clinton busy with Monica than my Republican President and party busy with devastating the middle class, raising the imbalance of trade to celestial heights, and not one of you living up to your oath.

It depends on what the definition of is is doesn’t it. It seems your oath was just a group of meaningless words to all of you who are favoring foreigners over US citizens and decimating our nation.

And to you Mr. President…..my President….the man I trusted....you, like most Presidents, want to have your place in history. I do assure you that you will have a prominent one, but not the one you want. It will be right next to Benedict Arnold while what was the U.S. speaks the new Pledge of Allegiance in non-English.

Being that I am a MinuteManProject volunteer, and will be in AZ from April 1 to 11th, it should be apparent that I STRONGLY disaprove of our bought and paid for politicians. To heck (not sure how stong language I can use on this forum, and I certainly would have liked to use a different word ;) with ALL of them. I have no faith in ANY of them, they have been bought by outside "special" interests.

Since I have NO faith at all that these lifelong (unless the populace WAKES UP) beurocraps. It is a sorry time when people have to take matters like this into their own hands.

Along the same lines, I have also formed a citizens PAC here in Nebraska. We will be pushing 2 different citizen initatives through to vote. One initative will remove ALL non fed mandated entitlements from being given to illegals, and impose significant penalties on anyone trying circumvent the law, and provide these entitlements to illegals. The second is directed at the "Unfair Business Practice" of hiring illegals. It will fine businesses/individuals which employ illegals, it will open up buisnesses to civil suites filed by citizens "displaced" by illegals, will suspend business/corporate/trade license from businesses employing them, and will put in still regulations against "foreign" (out state) busineses bringing in working "crews" which contain illegals.

The PEOPLE are mad as heck (darn that word again ;), even if the sold out pollies wont do anything. The pollies need to wake up and realize that when the people get pushed hard enough to go over the breaking point, that we WILL fight back, and fight back we WILL do.

A lot of people are angry about the situation with illegal immigration, but it is important that everyone keeps a level head. When we are angry we are more likely to make mistakes and it can hurt our ability to communicate the needs for reform to others and law makers.

I've tried to arrange some tips in our ALIPAC Action Panel (AAP) on the top tool bar for lobbying.

Anger and dismay can be properly written and in fact it can be much more powerful when properly expressed. A lot of angry letters to legislators get dropped in the trash. If they are too 'over the top' they may get handed to security.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, we are modeling our "Citizen Initiative" using a legislative bill which is currently in the OK legislature. It will impose "state" law, which fines (heavily), and can revoke trade/corp licenses, AND which opens a company up to civil lawsuits from citizen who were employed, but displaced by illegal aliens.

Heck, if it was up to me, I would simply write into law, that if ANYONE could prove they were an illegal alien, and hired by a company, that they would receive a $10,000 reward, and the business they worked for would be fined $10,000 plus any other "costs" involved, for things such as deportation if that happened.

I am nothing special. I simply am tired of doing little, and "waiting" for the pollies to do something, which they will never do. The only thing the pollies do, is give lip service. They have learned that they can do most anything they want, and will still be elected. They get back into office, due to "we the people" always having to choose the "lesser of 2 evils". If the polli keeps being "just a little less evil" than the other side, then they know they can get back in, no matter HOW much many of their constituents dislike their pollicies.

It is time for citizens who ARE concerned to wake up, and help wake up other like-minded citizens. Informed (and active) citizens are the MOST frightening thing to our selected pollies!

You both have probably been under actual fire. You already know that controlled cold anger is very useful.......the hotheaded kind can make big trouble.

Good to hear about what Nebraska is doing. Utah took some strong measures today that will not be PC popular.

The MMP is a very worthwhile effort and I pray that no outside idiots jump in to hurt the effort. All it takes is just a few to get really bad press. And good press is exaclty what the damn politicians do not want because it will hurt them.

Hang in there and talk to as many people as you can. The more who get fired up the sooner we will get some changes. Not from the Pres but from the House and Senate because they lust after being re-elected.

The word about the OK legislation involving employers that hire illegal labor is spreading. We have people here in NC that are approaching legislators with the idea.

There is encouraging news from many states and more new groups coming online almost every two weeks.

One of the problems we have other than politicians and financial interests are the Latino lobby groups. They claim they speak for all Latinos in the US when they support illegal aliens, but we know that's not the case. A strong portion of the legal Latino voters in AZ supported Prop. 200.

I truly believe we can turn this ship around on the Federal level if we can get one more election cycle in without an amnesty or guest worker. Some of our top priorities are to defeat the Bush amnesty attempt and prepare for 2006.

The IR leaders have mixed feelings about what Guest Worker would do to the movement if it passed. It could enrage our base or it could demoralize the base by making illegal immigration fait accompli.

Well here's more fun stuff to add to the mix.

After you read this lovely article, ask yourself about all that terrific cheap labor.

How cheap is it when a family member dies with one of these diseases, or when they get sick and as a citizen you have to pay your medical bills. But the immigrant that brought this in gets all of us to pay for their medical expenses.

If you really want to understand this, go read up on the late 1800s and up to mid 1930s. This nation did some pretty extreme things to wipe out many of these diseases in our country. Because we forget we think its not a problem. Once begun it is hell to get rid of.

Cristobal Silverio emigrated illegally from Mexico to Stockton, Calif., in 1997 to work as a fruit picker.

He brought with him his wife, Felipa, and three children, 19, 12 and 8 – all illegals. When Felipa gave birth to her fourth child, daughter Flor, the family had what is referred to as an "anchor baby" – an American citizen by birth who provided the entire Silverio clan a ticket to remain in the U.S. permanently.


But Flor was born premature, spent three months in the neonatal incubator and cost the San Joaquin Hospital more than $300,000. Meanwhile, oldest daughter Lourdes married an illegal alien gave birth to a daughter, too. Her name is Esmeralda. And Felipa had yet another child, Cristian.

The two Silverio anchor babies generate $1,000 per month in public welfare funding for the family. Flor gets $600 a month for asthma. Healthy Cristian gets $400. While the Silverios earned $18,000 last year picking fruit, they picked up another $12,000 for their two "anchor babies."

While President Bush says the U.S. needs more "cheap labor" from south of the border to do jobs Americans aren't willing to do, the case of the Silverios shows there are indeed uncalculated costs involved in the importation of such labor – public support and uninsured medical costs.

In fact, the increasing number of illegal aliens coming into the United States is forcing the closure of hospitals, spreading previously vanquished diseases and threatening to destroy America's prized health-care system, says a report in the spring issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons.

[color=#444444]"The influx of illegal aliens has serious hidden medical consequences," writes Madeleine Pelner Cosman, author of the report. "We judge reality primarily by what we see. But what we do not see can be more dangerous, more expensive, and more deadly than what is seen."

According to her study, 84 California hospitals are closing their doors as a direct result of the rising number of illegal aliens and their non-reimbursed tax on the system.

"Anchor babies"the author writes, "born to illegal aliens instantly qualify as citizens for welfare benefits and have caused enormous rises in Medicaid costs and stipends under Supplemental Security Income and Disability Income."

In addition, the report says, "many illegal aliens harbor fatal diseases that American medicine fought and vanquished long ago, such as drug-resistant tuberculosis, malaria, leprosy, plague, polio, dengue, and Chagas disease."
While politicians often mention there are 43 million without health insurance in this country, the report estimates that at least 25 percent of those are illegal immigrants. The figure could be as high as 50 percent.

Not being insured does not mean they don't get medical care.

Under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1985, hospitals are obligated to treat the uninsured without reimbursement.

"Government imposes viciously stiff fines and penalties on any physician and any hospital refusing to treat any patient that a zealous prosecutor deems an emergency patient, even though the hospital or physician screened and declared the patient's illness or injury non-emergency," says the report. "But government pays neither hospital nor physician for treatments. In addition to the fiscal attack on medical facilities and personnel, EMTALA is a handy truncheon with which to pummel politically unpopular physicians by falsely accusing them of violating EMTALA."

According to the report, between 1993 and 2003, 60 California hospitals closed because half their services became unpaid. Another 24 California hospitals verge on closure, the author writes.

"American hospitals welcome 'anchor babies,'" says the report. "Illegal alien women come to the hospital in labor and drop their little anchors, each of whom pulls its illegal alien mother, father, and siblings into permanent residency simply by being born within our borders. Anchor babies are citizens, and instantly qualify for public welfare aid: Between 300,000 and 350,000 anchor babies annually become citizens because of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside."

Among the organizations directing illegal aliens into America's medical systems, according to the report, are the

  the American Immigration Lawyers Association,
  the American Bar Association's Commission on Immigration Policy, Practice, and Pro Bono,

  the Migration Policy Institute,
  the National Network for Immigration and Refugee Rights and
  the Southern Poverty Law Center

Because drug addiction and alcoholism are classified as diseases and disabilities, the fiscal toll on the health-care system rises.

When Linda Torres was arrested in Bakersfield, Calif., with about $8,500 in small bills in a sack, the police originally thought it was stolen money, explained the report. It was her Social Security lump sum for her disability -- heroin addiction.

"Today, legal immigrants must demonstrate that they are free of communicable diseases and drug addiction to qualify for lawful permanent residency green cards," writes Cosman, a medical lawyer, who formerly taught medical students at the City University of New York. "Illegal aliens simply cross our borders medically unexamined, hiding in their bodies any number of communicable diseases."

Many illegals entering this country have tuberculosis, according to the report.

"That disease had largely disappeared from America, thanks to excellent hygiene and powerful modern drugs such as isoniazid and rifampin," says the report. "TB's swift, deadly return now is lethal for about 60 percent of those infected because of new Multi-Drug Resistant Tuberculosis.

Until recently MDR-TB was endemic to Mexico. This Mycobacterium tuberculosis is resistant to at least two major anti-tubercular drugs. Ordinary TB usually is cured in six months with four drugs that cost about $2,000. MDR-TB takes 24 months with many expensive drugs that cost around $250,000 with toxic side effects. Each illegal with MDR-TB coughs and infects 10 to 30 people, who will not show symptoms immediately. Latent disease explodes later.

TB was virtually absent in Virginia until in 2002, when it spiked a 17 percent increase, but Prince William County, just south of Washington, D.C., had a much larger rise of 188 percent. Public health officials blamed immigrants.

In 2001 the Indiana School of Medicine studied an outbreak of MDR-TB, and traced it to Mexican illegal aliens. The Queens, New York, health department attributed 81 percent of new TB cases in 2001 to immigrants. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ascribed 42 percent of all new TB cases to 'foreign born' people who have up to eight times higher incidences apparently, 66 percent of all TB cases coming to America originate in Mexico, the Philippines and Vietnam."

Other health threats from illegals include, according to the report:

Chagas disease, also called American trypanosomiasis or "kissing bug disease," is transmitted by the reduviid bug, which prefers to bite the lips and face. The protozoan parasite that it carries, Trypanosoma cruzi, infects 18 million people annually in Latin America and causes 50,000 deaths. The disease also infiltrates America's blood supply. Chagas affects blood transfusions and transplanted organs. No cure exists. Hundreds of blood recipients may be silently infected.

Leprosy, also known as Hansen's disease, was so rare in America that in 40 years only 900 people were afflicted. Suddenly, in the past three years America has more than 7,000 cases of leprosy. Leprosy now is endemic to northeastern states because illegal aliens and other immigrants brought leprosy from India, Brazil, the Caribbean and Mexico.

Dengue fever is exceptionally rare in America, though common in Ecuador, Peru, Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Mexico. Recently, according to the report, there was a virulent outbreak of dengue fever in Webb County, Texas, which borders Mexico. Though dengue is usually not a fatal disease, dengue hemorrhagic fever routinely kills.

Polio was eradicated from America, but now reappears in illegal immigrants as do intestinal parasites, says the report.

Malaria was obliterated, but now is re-emerging in Texas and the lower California border area.

The Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons report includes a strong prescription for protecting the health of Americans:

• Closing America's borders with fences, high-tech security devices and troops.
  Rescinding the U.S. citizenship of "anchor babies."
  Punishing the aiding and abetting of illegal aliens as a crime.
  An end to amnesty programs. (sounds good to me!)

While I agree completely with the letter, I think the Republican party in particular better pay VERY close attention, and better be worried about something much more immediate than their "legacy", albeit as bad as that will be. He touched on it a bit in his letter when he said he is/was a staunch Republican.

I would like to expand on that a bit. I too have always been a staunch supporter of the Republican Party. I have voted in every election for over 20 years as well as other election activity. I have always been such a rabid republican that friends avoided me around election season... I take politics damn seriously.

While I will not be able to bring myself to vote for liberals (egads) I WILL take my vote and go home. Republicans will NOT get my vote, and when they are ticking guys like ME off enough that they lose my vote.. they are in VERY serious trouble. If they like that majority they currently hold in the House and Senate, they better WAKE UP!

I am now looking into Constitution party but do not yet know who/what they are. I can never go liberal. This will be the death of the RNC as far as I am concerned.

I, too, have been a staunch Republican for all of my life, but that's over now. There isn't a great deal of difference between the two parties...but I won't find myself voting for the lesser of two evils again.

I would love to set that as a poll. Do you think a third party has a chance of succeeding?

Seems that grass roots is pretty powerful in these days of computers.

I "have" been a very stanch rep supporter (and contributor). However, I have started sending the RNC, and others, 2 pesos (and a "friendly" little note) whenever they come a knockin for more cash.

I too, like the platform (most of it) of the constitution party. The most we can expect from a 3rd party like this, is to try to get some members of the house (and slowly the senate) elected from this (or another) 3rd party. This is NOT a instant fixable issue. Unfortuantly, we will still have to vote for the "lesser of 2 evils" in order to keep the greater of 2 evils out, BUT if we can continue to put pressure on the currently elected officials, AND start planting the seeds of other quality people into office, then slowly things can change.

However, what will be LEFT of this country, since it seems to be a true breakneck RACE by the current pollies to absolutely pervert this great country. By the time we "slowly" get change, it certainly could be too late.

I am NOT a lawyer but have done quite a bit of research. The charge is Malfeasance of Ofice which, supposedly, is MUCH easier to push than impeachment. It is based on your job description. In this case these people took an oath to uphold the Constitution. That in fact is their job description. They have not lived up to specific articles within that Constitution. Ergo, malfeasance of office.

How to go about it
I am looking into that and will come back to this exact forum when I have worthwhil info. It would be much easier if it is filed as a class action cause lawyers cost $$$.

There are different measures of success. Do I think a 3rd party can win?
Ross Perot almost did but screwed it up himself.
BUT a vigorous 3rd party definitely can get enough power/votes where they can strongly influence outcomes. In 2004 election most voted Dem or Rep.....but those who voted Libertarian took votes away from Rep. Those who just did not vote took votes away from both.

So a 3rd party can swing enough power to intimidate both parties depending on the issue. If that gets done what I want done I call it a success. If the Easter Bunny could do it I would call him a success even though he cannot hold office.

Another success is shaming/embarassing politicians. VERY effective. In Texas right now our idiot state legislature (Rep) is totally going against what people want. We have a large group right now who are buying YELLOW female underpants and will send them to all who voted the wrong way. Sounds silly but when press covers it then it makes them look foolish and those egos cannot stand that.

Since they consider mexicans to be equal to americans in our own country, and consider their law,government, all the rest to be as legitimate as our own... should we not respect their money as much? Let us hereby declare the peso as equal to the American Dollar, after all we do not want mexico feeling as if their currency is anything less than ours.. that would be insensitive. I coulda paid the IRS off years ago for about 50 bucks.

In fact, I think we should be able to pay off ALL our mortgages etc with pesos.

They are worth very little, which is EXACTLY how I feel about the pollies. The get a nice (well I think it is nice) little note telling them that as long as they are selling out our country to the powers in MX, then they might as well start planning on this type of contribution, and WHEN they start putting concerns of US citizens first, THEN they might get some US currency from me!

I will be in south AZ in a few weeks, and plan on hauling back several hundred (or thousand) peso coins, and help many other members of the tax groups I belong to (and PNN), to all be able to make likewise contributions of 2 cents^h^h^h^h^h pesos :)

The Tx legislatue for 1st time in 140 years barely has a Republican majority. Each was called and told what is wanted on a particular vote, which is a disguised tax hike. Most said they would vote against it. The leader is VERY strongwilled and a bully. He was pushing it hard.

You are sooooo right. Reread that article about disease. That is much scarier than what they are doing to jobs and the economy.

Because we have not had to deal with this since mid 1920s people have really forgotten just how serious it was. If a family member caught TB or leprosy they had to go to a place that kept them isolated from the communnity. It is soooooo easy to catch. And the people who have it work in fast food places etc.. Are you sure you want that taco now?

IT scares the hell outta me. I have lived in other countries and seen what it does. It always involves the entire family. Many people think that folks from 3rd world countries are not really very smart. Nope! It's all the resident diseases that affect your physical and thinking ability. Now think about that one.

When you have open illegal immigration, and nobody checks the health
of these people who often work in our food industry.....that's when
you get TB coming back into our country and boy is it easy to
spread. The latest one is SUPER RESISTANT to all current antibiotics.

If you eat infected meat......you get it.
If someone has it and handles your food........yeah you get it.
IF someone with it works or walks near you and coughs, then you
breathe in the particulates.......you get it.
IF you are on an airplane and someone else has it........you get it.
The only time it is not catching is if someone has it and they are
currently on drugs..........then it is not communicable.

I am NOT saying you ALWAYS get it...but the oldest/youngest/immunity
damaged are most likely. Many get it and it incubates for quite a few
years before breaking out.

I do not think there is a chance in hell to prove it. It could happen with 1 infected head. Or someone with TB sneezing on some feed or grass.

When crossing our border, the illegals leave HUGE amounts of trash and human waste in their path. All it would take is for some of that to infect a human or some dog/rat/squirrel that then passed it on to a head of beef.

It's like I know you and Fred have been fighting and really hate each other. And I know you got that gun on the backstreets somewhere. And I know you are the so and so that shot and killed Fred and then got rid of the gun.......How do I prove it?

If anyone reading this is a Fred or knows a Fred don't get in an uproar. Fred was always the sneak that ate the last piece of cake or left the refrigerator door open. We blamed Fred for everything that went wrong in our house.


What we can prove is: TB incidence was down to very small levels. Now that we have 20 million illegals in the US and more coming every day, we can prove that the TB cases are up by over 700 per cent.

And we now have diseases we never had.

But then, this is not a court of law requiring absolute proof. This is citizens of the US knowing what is screwing up our economy and producing massive disease.

This is citizens getting off their butt.....emailing and calling their representatives and TELLING them, not asking, what we want done and that we will work our behind off to make sure they do NOT get re-elected if they do not do what we want and what the constitution says.

It also involves getting out and starting or joining protests against big businesses like Home Depot in California, who want their emplyees to learn Spanish. WallMart is a big employer of illegals.

Yeah I know its not sexy. But if it is big enough then the media notices and national news cable networks will cover it and pick up the story.

You people on here are smart. You know what is going on. You read about and want to stop it.

So many are totally unconcious. They don't know and don't care until they are out of a job or get a disease. When it impacts them they take notice....but by then it is way too late.

The Boston Tea Party started with not that many very pissed off people. Most other townspeople thought they were trouble making idiots. But we ended up getting America out of that deal.

Beaner, have you seen the pictures taken in Cochise County (AZ) of what you describe above? there are literally TONS of diapers, plastic bottles, backpacks, feminine products, human waste, etc. etc. that have to be removed quite often (by Americans of course). The illegals have no care at all that they are trashing our lands It's sickening.

A couple of years ago some Arizona patriots took BAGS OF THIS TRASH and deposited them at the doors of the offices of John McCain and Kolbe the Representative. Of course McCain is silent on the invasion, and Kolbe is no better.

I fully support the "Minutemen" that plan to patrol the AZ border next month. If I wasn't an old woman I would go myself. Our own government and the media is trying to make these patriots out to be "vigilantes". They criticize the patriots and ignore the illegal invasion. All of the open borders politicians and most of the media are hypocrites and traitors IMO.

I never thought I would live to see the day when an American president bows to a failed third world dictator like Fox, but that day has come. Bush has sold us out.

Yes I have seen those pictures and often speak to those who take those pictures. Trash is a problem. But the human waste is what causes diseases/TB/cholera/etc.. And that is not all they do. They have slept in barns/sheds and caught them on fire. They cut fences. Most ranchers in the area stay inside after dark and walk their land fully armed.

I remind you this is their legal land in the USA and they cannot be safe on it!!!

I too support the MMProject in every way possible. They are pretty much our last hope before resorting to civil violence and I do not want it to go that far. I too am an old woman and cannot go tromping through the brush.

Bush, the man I voted for, has indeed sold us out. But do not forget that Kerry made it fairly clear he would have done no different. And do not leave out almost all in the Senate and the House. This has been going on since Reagan gave them an amnesty. I liked him but Clinton and both Bush men have let this become a disaster.

To answer your question, NO I do not know the specifics. You would have to follow that link and see what you could discover. But I do know that people who live on or very close to the border are having (according to CDC) various health problems. Do not forget that CDC also has its share of Politically Correct people who do not want their statistics to seem racist.

PCism will be and already is incredibly damaging to this nation.

I research and write up a great deal of this information. So many want to call me racist so they can disregard the truth. At one speech where I knew it would happen I asked my best friend to go with me. When it started I was able to put it down.

I called her up on the stage. Told the audience that she is park black and part Cherokee. I am part white and part Apache. She made it clear we both believe in this cause. Then I asked the hecklers that between the two of us, who were we racist against......no answer. That's PC at work.
