Thread: Orlando Terrorist Worked For Firm with DHS Contracts

Omar Sidiq Mateen, the terrorist shooter who killed 50 at an Orlando nightclub, continued working as a guard for a security firm with extensive federal contracts protecting sensitive nuclear sites and deporting illegal aliens even after the FBI twice investigated him for possible terror ties.

G4S subsidiaries also provide security at some of the Energy Department's most sensitive nuclear research and storage facilities, such as the 310 square mile Savannah River Site in South Carolina, according to federal records.

His apparent allegiance to extremist Islamist ideology shook nerves in several federal quarters because he was tied to the security firm and twice had been probed by the FBI for terror ties. And he was licensed in Florida to carry firearms as a security contractor.

Is it treason by this admin, more than just incompetence.

I think it can go either way or both ways, in fact, Trump more or less alluded to that today in his early morning phone calls to NBC and ABC about the Orland attacks and the Obama response.

He said Obama doesn't get it, and a lot of people think he doesn't want to get it.

Trump said the killer was not born here but brought here by the parents. No word if he became a citizen but is the gov't allowing non citizens to have federal contract jobs?

All O is talking @ is ease of acquiring guns but no word @ if ONE person would have had a gun, the tragedy could have been less. Also no word @ prior FBI investigations or the old man's anti-American media talks.

Trump misread the teleprompter finishing a phrase before the words actually appeared, and he corrected when the words showed up and said born to Afghan parents, not born in .... Of course the media took the mistake and ran with it erroneously like the stupid dishonest people they are.

Here's the actual statement from the transcript:

The killer, whose name I will not use, or ever say, was born to Afghan parents who immigrated to the United States. His father published support for the Afghan Taliban, a regime which murders those who don’t share its radical views. The father even said he was running for President of that country.

The bottom line is that the only reason the killer was in America in the first place was because we allowed his family to come here.

That is a fact, and it's a fact we need to talk about.

All the more reason to straighten out the birthright citizenship deal as it is being used. The parents aren't citizens then the child should not be either.

Don't understand all the permanent non citizen residents anyway. Unless their laws have changed, in Canada you can buy a property and live there but only 9 months out of the year then you have to exit. Many countries would not allow this permanent non citizen residency and with good reason.
