Alert! HR 5630 will double the number of immigrant H-1B worker visas!


At the behest of Microsoft and other large corporations, Representative Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) introduced a bill that would double the number of immigrant worker visas available each year under the H-1B program.

HR 5630, the so-called Innovation Employment Act, would increase the cap in H-1B visas from 65,000 a year to 130,000 a year. Moreover, there would be absolutely no limit on the number of H-1B visas for foreigners who came as graduate students in technical fields to U.S. colleges.

As we enter a recession doubling the number of immigrant worker visas available each year makes no sense. It is irresponsible to import foreign workers instead of hiring American workers or training Americans for the jobs needed.

This is insane considering that there are hundreds of thousands of illegals who came here on an H1-B visa. We'll add hunderds of thousands more! Welcome to America Anarchy!

What's even more insane is that this greedy bastard Bill Gates can't seem to pay decent wages to employ the hundreds of thousands of Americans who were in the IT industry and are now out of work. And what's worse, his product isn't worth half of what they charge for it. Obviously Bill doesn't know "You get what you pay for."

I hope he rots in hell.
