Pair of Illegal Aliens Gang Rape 12-Year-Old Girl In Nation’s Capital (‘Sanctuary City’)

WASHINGTON, DC (The Washington Post) – A Montgomery County man charged with kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl told his friend that she was “fresh meat” before the friend raped her as well, according to arrest records filed in court this week in a case that includes alleged crimes committed in the District.
After the alleged attack in Montgomery, the 12-year-old spoke to detectives and participated in a texting sting in which one of the suspects made incriminating statements, according to the records. The two men were being held Friday in the Montgomery jail on $500,000 bonds, according to court records.
Officials identified the suspects as Enrique Carbajal, 24, and Victor Tome, 19, both of the 11500 block of Elkin Street in Wheaton. Detectives said that at least one of the suspects knows the girl’s mother.
According to the Montgomery court records, on March 26, Carbajal called the girl’s mother at her job and asked whether her daughter was at their D.C. address. The mother said the child was with her father, to which Carbajal said he wanted to go ring the doorbell and take the girl to lunch. The mother told him not to do that, according to the records.
The same day, Carbajal rang the doorbell of the residence in Northwest Washington, the girl answered, and he told her that her mother had given them permission to go to lunch, according to court records.
Authorities said the girl was sexually assaulted in her District residence between noon and 12:15 p.m. Carbajal is charged in a warrant with first-degree child sex offense, D.C. police said.
Court documents say Carbajal then took the girl to a van and that she was driven to Carbajal’s apartment in Wheaton, where they had lunch, and where police said he forced her into a bedroom and raped her.
The girl “stated she then opened the door and Tome came into the room,” court records say. “Carbajal stated to Tome that ‘fresh meat’ was there, referring to” the girl.
Tome then raped her, according to police.
Federal immigration agents have filed jail detainers on Carbajal and Tome, a jail official said Friday. Such detainers indicate that immigration officials believe they have grounds to deport someone.

No justification for their like to be in our country - deport all and build the wall - stop taking in "minors" at the border, & placing them with "illegals" that receive funds monthly for them, deport ALL 250,000 central americans that are in the court system - mandate e-verify for every job and they will leave on their own. It's just horrible, poor littlel girl. This is madness, pure insanity, allowing these people to be in our country.

Unfortunately, now we have to give these two rapist thugs free housing, food, medical care, and dental care for the next 10 to 20 years. I hope they're forced to become someone's 'biatch' while in prison!

Suspects charged in rape of 12-year-old girl were in country illegally

WASHINGTON - Federal authorities have confirmed to FOX 5 that they are seeking to detain two illegal immigrants that are under arrest in Montgomery County with the rape and kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl.
Montgomery County police said the two men contacted the victim without her parents’ knowledge at her home in Washington D.C., and then took her to a home in Wheaton, Md., where the alleged sexual assault took place.
Enrique Carbajal, 24, and Victor Tome, 19, are being held in jail in Montgomery County on $500,000 bond each.
Now, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said both men are in the country illegally from Honduras and the agency has now placed a detainer on both men.
An ICE spokesperson said what that means is if Carbajal and Tome happened to be released or are convicted and serve their full sentence, they would have to be turned over to the federal government for possible deportation.
However, local law enforcement officials nationwide have complained that ICE is not sharing information about what it does with detained illegal immigrant criminals.
Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, said that is not helped when local governments create "sanctuary friendly" laws or are not tough about discouraging illegal immigration.
"There is virtually no communication,” he said. “What happened here was a tragedy that could have been avoided, but it is what happens when you allow illegal immigration to go on, to encourage it, promote it, reward it, and Montgomery County has been part of the problem.”
Montgomery County police said they do not believe Carbajal and Tome sexually assaulted any other individuals. However, both Alexandria police and Arlington County police are also conducting their own investigation of the two suspects and more charges could be possible in this case.

Politicians who believe that these individuals belong in our country are, at best, fools and, at worst, deliberately trying to undermine our ethics and morals and take over our government. These aliens deserve much more than 10-20 years in prison. They think we are idiots for giving them everything we give them and letting them stay, which we ARE. I'm sorry, but was anyone listening when Pres. George Bush made amnesty one of his first goals after election.

When he said, 'they are just hardworking people looking for better life'.

"Family values doesn't end at the border."

"Just doing the work Americans won't do."

When he pushed for amnesty?

Not that it is going to do much good, but why is George Bush given a pass on this when he was the first verbally, openly supporter of the illegals?

Just because he said he was a Republican?

Unless and until we really get honest with ourselves about this, and hold the politicians responsible, we will continue to have them working against us. The Republicans are not working for us. There may be some that hold our views, but I'm not hearing much from them.

We, the people, are all we have. We can't count on the truth being published in the media, the politicians working for us, law enforcement actually doing much. Maybe that is changing, but sometimes it's just rhetoric, not action.
