Thread: Perdue chicken??

Anyone got any info on Purdue? With regard to illegals?
Haven't heard anything about them....yet...so I was wondering what their deal was. Anybody know??

Here in DE, illegal aliens have the full support of Purdue...again. Odd, considering the fact that Purdue claims, as always, that they only hire LEGAL, DOCUMENTED workers.

Also odd is the fact that a local story, written by staff writer Patricia V. Rivera, which clearly implicates Purdue as a major employer of illegal immigrants, went "POOF" from the online edition of the paper (delawareonline.com) before noon today.

Wasn't planning on buying any chicken anyway but was curious about Purdue. Shame on them.

Just heard on the local news cast, Maryland, that Purdue plants were closing today in honor of the illegals march. This pretty much sums up who Purdue hires.

Yes, Perdue will close. By the way gang, it's pErdue, with an E. Purdue, is a university in Indiana.

Same here in Maryland!

if they are so "vigorous in its efforts to ensure" that they only hire people who are in the country legally, why would they close 'in honor' of the illegal protests?
