I've heard that it is 63 cents here in California. I'm not sure though.

In Calif, Orange County has agreed to pay additional postage, LA and Riverside have not
I suppose it all depends on how they think you are voting.
Good idea for posting this StokeyBob. I too have heard one stamp won't cut it. 4 voters in this house so we'll just slap on a couple stamps.
