Yep, even though he attempted to mislead us during the briefing, there is not 1 red cent dedicated to constructing the wall he promised us! The money for DHS is for the continued status quo, limited fencing, fencing repairs and technology. I guess there is some funding for 53 new immigration judges (barely covers one per state) and new custom officers. However, there is no new money for one of his prototype walls, ICE agents, BP agents, detention beds, etc. Trump is completely neglecting his base. I'm going to suggest that most of his base, while appreciating the need for increased military funding, did not vote on him for that specific purpose!

Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are either extremely weak leaders or they just don't give a damn what their President and his base want and expect. If I didn't know better, I'd swear their dislike for Trump has committed them to losing control of the U.S. Congress.

Oh, and Trump's lovefest with the illegal aliens and their supporters is enough to make me retch!
