(Natural News) The federal government is in a predictive programming frenzy concerning the potential for a nationwide biological attack, warning that there are no weapons in the current defense arsenal to stop a major pandemic from spreading like wildfire.

Suggesting that it’s only a matter of time before something serious like ebola sweeps the country, government scientists in partnership with the Pentagon’s “top brass” recently convened in Philadelphia to discuss the alleged threat of a bio attack – and to make the not-so-subtle case that Big Pharma needs to be allowed to fast-track approval for emergency drug and vaccine “cures.”

The three-day event, which took place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, featured more than 16,000 educators, physicians, and scientists from 67 countries who were told that the biotechnology industry is basically a ticking time bomb.
“Technology, particularly biotechnology, has been evolving extremely rapidly,” warned Dr. Derek Maurer, deputy assistant Secretary for Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction, during the conference.
“The United States government can’t keep up with that level of technology,” he added. “Those technologies, they’re diffused across the world. Everybody has them, including our adversaries.”

Problem, reaction, solution: Big Fed says Big Pharma shouldn’t have to wait 12 years to develop new drugs

Using fear to make their case, government officials attending the 2019 Bio International Convention made sure to mention that it currently takes about 12 years for a new Big Pharma drug or vaccine to come to market, but that a biological attack or pandemic could come “at any moment.”

In other words, once a biological attack is unleashed, potentially as a planned false flag, there won’t be any available remedies because it just takes too darn long for the drug industry to get its “cures” to market.
“We don’t have enough needles or syringes,” stated Dr. Robert Kadlec, assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at the Department of Health and Human Services, as part of the mental programming agenda.
“We spend about half the amount of money we spend on one aircraft carrier to protect men and women against these biological threats. And, the U.S. government has 12 aircraft carriers,” he added.

One major issue that was not discussed at the convention is the continued flow of illegal aliens across America’s southern border, many of whom are carrying with them exotic diseases that quickly spread throughout the communities they invade.
Health authorities in other areas are sounding the alarm about this threat with regards to ebola, which is on the verge of crossing the border from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Africa, and spreading elsewhere throughout the continent, and potentially the world.
In a recent statement about the current state of things in the Congo, Dr. Mike Ryan, M.D., from the Center of Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP) at the University of Minnesota warned that official estimates about the spread of ebola are more than likely lacking because “as many as 25 percent” of cases are “missed” or are “being picked up ‘too late.'”
With record numbers of illegal aliens flooding into the U.S. from Mexico, one can only imagine what types of diseases are being brought in and spread by these invaders – and how this convenient crisis will be used by the medical “deep state” to further water down the drug and vaccine approval process in order to rush newfangled “emergency medicine” into mass production.

In April, we pointed out that over the prior months, many public health experts had claimed the deadly Ebola virus outbreak that has been ravaging the Congo will not become a global health threat, despite recent events painting a much less optimistic picture. We also warned that despite people in the West often thinking of Ebola as a disease that only strikes "superstitious locals" in the deepest jungles of the Democratic Republic of Congo, there are now pressing warning signs and it’s time to start paying attention.
According to Reuters, the World Health Organization (WHO) is now preparing to declare an "international emergency" over the latest Ebola epidemic fast spreading through central Africa.

The deadly disease, which can take just days to kill an infected person, has now jumped from the Democratic Republic of Congo where the newest outbreak was first documented, to neighboring Uganda.

The number of total confirmed cases is reported as follows:

Congo’s epidemic is the second worst worldwide since West Africa’s Ebola outbreak in 2014-16, with 2,084 cases and 1,405 deaths since being declared in August. The WHO said on Thursday that two people had died in Uganda having arrived with the disease from Congo.

Despite hopefulness that the virus can be contained in Uganda, given so far there's been no known human-to-human cases of its spreading inside Uganda, health officials are still urging the WHO to quickly move forward with a global emergency declaration.
The WHO’s Emergency Committee (EC) reportedly met Friday to evaluate whether the epidemic constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) amid growing pressure to immediately make the declaration.
Reuters reports further of the outbreak:

The WHO, in a statement overnight, said that given all three confirmed cases in Uganda belong to a single family cluster, the level of preparedness and experience of Ugandan authorities to manage previous Ebola outbreaks, and their rapid detection of cases in a limited geographical area, “the overall level of risk at national level is assessed as moderate”.
“However, the overall regional risk posed by the outbreak in DRC remains very high. The overall risk at international level remains low,” it said.
Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust global medical charity, said the WHO should declare a public health emergency of international concern.

Such a declaration would in addition to mobilizing greater international aid and public health measures, result in greater attention to travel and crucial international points of entry.

In fact, migrants from Africa may carry Ebola and show no symptoms whatsoever. “The Ebola virus… can also infect without producing illness, according to a new finding by African and European scientists,” reported the NYT. “They found that the Ebola virus could persist in the blood of asymptomatic infected individuals for two weeks after they were first exposed to an infected individual. How much longer the virus can persist is unknown.”

Citing a study published in The Lancet and authored by Dr. E. M. Leroy, the NYT continues:

Scientists have known that Ebola usually spreads from an infected person to another individual and through contamination in clinics or hospitals. The new finding suggests that some cases may result from healthy carriers. How often is unknown.
Dr. Leroy’s team said another public health concern was transmission of Ebola virus from healthy carriers through sex. Other scientists have detected Ebola in semen.

Yes, Ebola virus can live in human semen. This simple fact is completely denied by the entire fake news “establishment” media, even when the NYT openly admitted it in 2000. Dr. Leroy’s team studied 25 individuals who never developed symptoms although they lived with family members and cared for them without using gloves and other precautions in two outbreaks in Gabon in 1996.
Using standard virologic techniques, the scientists from Gabon, Germany and France said they could not detect the virus in the blood of the healthy contacts. But Dr. Leroy’s succeeded by using a technique known as polymerase chain reaction to grow the tiny amount of virus present.
In other words, some people from the Congo are able to carry Ebola for life while showing no symptoms whatsoever. But the virus is present in their blood and can be replicated using standard PCR techniques. This means the virus might also be quite capable of infecting others.
Another study published in the Journal of Infectious Diseases in 2004, also by Dr. Leroy, documented the fact that chimpanzees can carry Ebola infections without suffering Ebola fatalities. “[C]himpanzees are continuously in contact with the virus; and nonlethal Ebola infection can occur in chimpanzees,” Dr. Leroy and co-authors write in the abstract of the study. That healthy person could be carrying Ebola right now, in day 10 of the incubation for example, ready to explode with Ebola in another week or so after being transported across America. And if the recipient of that new infection has natural immunity against Ebola, they could be a symptomless carrier, meaning they would never show symptoms but might still infect others.
The fact is: There is a greater-than-zero risk that migrants from the Republic of Congo may be carrying Ebola into the United States right now. The fact that these migrants are being distributed across America to seemingly random cities is beyond merely insane… it smacks of an attempted infectious disease assault on this nation.
Amazingly, nobody seems to know whether these migrants have ever been screened for Ebola at all.

Despite being kicked out of a city building and falsely accused of “racism,” Shroyer was able to find few folks on the streets of San Antonio who agree that what’s going on with this continued import of Congolese and Angolan migrants; most think it is unacceptable and needs to be brought to light for public safety.
“Our government is trying to kill us off,” wrote one InfoWars commenter about the situation.
