What is it about USA companies wanting to hire foreigners ?

What is it about usa companies wanting to hire foreigners ?
Is a foreign worker any different than a usa citizen, i don't think so.
Is a foreign worker NOT gonna look for a better job, the 1st time he/she can, i don't think so.
Perhaps usa companies need to re-evalute the pay scales , as well as, the job descriptions; if they are worried about retaining/keeping valued employees in the community. (aka ~ grow their communities)

    Perhaps, another underlying issue is:
communities like migrant workers so they won't have to deal with them as they grow old & ancient (like myself) a drag on their local economies.

YES!! They are slaves. They work for less, they work more hours than allowed, and no W/C. They are $$$$$$ signs for companies. They profit from them and pocket the savings. You didn't think they would pass it along to us did you?

They steal our jobs and wages. We owe them NOTHING!

Where I work, they know they can get away with paying them less because these people are just happy to be making what they are. They also kow they can't illegally work them like slaves and they won't complain. Anytimes any complaints do come up they get a warning about how their work visa can be ended. American workers can not be blackmailed like this.

Besides, lowball salaries sound good to them, at least at first, because they are typically not carrying anywhere near the burden of debt that an American worker is. And, their countries don't have near the infrastructure and amenities to pay for that we do. So, they don't need as much pay to feel rich, at least at first.

Exactly, until they find out how much it cost here to live, eat and pay for transportation. So they either work hard to get Permanent Residence and not have to put up with crap Americans legally don't put up with or go back home.

    1. They work for slave wages. Thats the main thing. FOREIGN WORKERS bring down the salaries of Americans. Why should an employer pay an American $10 an hour when he can pay a foreigner $5 an hour? Foreigners are too naive to realize that they are being exploited. 2. They dont ask for health care because they get it free in hospital emergency rooms. 3. They usually wont complain about hazardous working conditions because they are afraid of being let go if they do. BUT THE MAIN REASON IS MONEY AND GREED.
