I am asking all patriots here to spread the word.

We do not want another ineligible person to take the office.
Most people believe the issue has been settled because a couple democrat judges have found he is eligible.
OR - people do not understand the issue - OR people simply do not care.
Don't just take my word for it -- do some research and spread the word before Cruz is handed the nomination and it guarantees a Democrat win.
I would like to see The Constitution and the intentions of the Framers honored !

Cruz publicly announced that he had formally renounced his dual citizenship. This speaks volumes all by itself. It is an admission of guilt regarding his absence of citizenship in the US. The whole idea of dual citizenship is another fraud like the derelict birthright citizenship being foisted on the US.

It is my understanding from other research, that Canada did not allow dual citizenship at that time.
So - to register Ted as an American citizen - Teds' mother would have needed to go to the nearest US embassy or consulate as soon as possible after his birth and filed the proper forms. The fact that Ted was a Canadian citizen, proves that those forms were not filed and he was not (is not ?) a legal US citizen.

The birthright citizenship was intended only to make children of former slaves citizens. It has since been taken to mean any child born in the US.

How did Ted Cruz become a US citizen ? US citizenship is not automatic just because he had a US citizen mother. The US citizen status would have been confirmed if the proper forms were filed at a US embassy or consulate in Canada ASAP after his birth. Cruz would then have been a US citizen and never a Canadian citizen.

He was/is a Cuban Canadian - not even an American CITIZEN! Somebody please get rid of this slimey NAU canadian latino. We definitely do not need another liar in the WH - cruz nor hillary.

Constitution states TWO parents required to be citizens or the father a citizen of the USA. "ACTS" do not trump the constitution if put to the test.

Why doesn't his mother come forward and address if she was a US citizen at the time of his birth or not - fishy? Dual citizenship was not permitted in 1970. He was born a Canadian citizen.

You can fill out any papers you want for passports etc and they just push them thru because she was born in America and was living here at the time she requested his passport to travel abroad.
