Sure it is. DACA - Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
Unfortunately, deferred action means we don't go after them and we don't deport them. Since they're protected from deportation, they get to stay until their DACA status is ended or they break the rules of their deferred status. Do I agree with it, of course not but common sense prevails.
GO BACK AND VET EACH AND EVERY APPLICATION!
EVERY ONE OF THEM WHO LIED, IS NOT WORKING OR ADHERING TO THE RULES OF DACA GETS PICKED UP ON THE SPOT AND PROCESSED FOR DEPORTATION WITH NO CHANCE TO EVER COME BACK!
