Over the weekend, four rapes have been reported in Värmland, three of which occurred near or inside a nightspot in Karlstad.
To one of the rapes – which took place outdoors – the police are looking for witnesses and have therefore released a description of the raped woman.
The young woman attended a Halloween party at a nightspot in Karlstad on Friday. When she was on her way home, an unknown man began to follow her. He made various invitations which she declined.
The man refused to take no for an answer and raped the woman who tried in vain to get into a stairwell. The perpetrator got away. And now the police have released a detailed description… of the woman.
“The woman is 175 cm and has long brown hair. She wore a light beige 3/4 length coat and a dark-coloured shoulder bag”, they write on their website.
According to the police, the perpetrator initially followed the victim from a distance, but was later close to her in such a way that it may have seemed like they were a couple. No description of the perpetrator has been released.
“We want to get in touch with people who may have seen this woman, in hope to get a good description of the man in her company”, the police continue, while they urge people to contact them at 114 14.
Two additional rapes were reported the same evening at the nightspot the woman attended.
