    EMPLOYERS ARE THE PROBLEM

    WHEN THEY HIRE ILLEGAL ALIENS
    NO AMNESTY

DON'T REWARD THE CRIMINAL ACTIONS OF MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS

    BY GIVING THEM CITIZENSHIP

You don't want a mandate that requires employers to use E-Verify? I'm pretty sure that is counter to what most hard working blue collar American citizens want!

Businesses that knowingly hire illegal aliens are a huge part of the problem.

They wouldn't be hiring illegal aliens if illegal aliens weren't in the country. Employers are not the problem, illegal aliens are the problem.

What is that going to cost to enforce? Who is going to follow up on the "mandate"? Who is going to investigate? Who is going to conduct their trials? Who is going to shut down their businesses? Who is going to pay all the unemployment benefits for all the Americans laid off because their businesses were closed because they didn't use E-Verify or were caught and punished?

Our employers are not the problem, illegal aliens are the problem. Don't make our employers responsible for failed border security and zero interior enforcement of our laws for 30 years. This is not their problem to solve, it's the government's problem to solve and the only solution is mass transit rapid deportation of every single illegal alien in our country with a simple 2 question "hearing" that a Judge can use E-Verify to answer. Make deportation judges use E-Verify, not our employers, and get these illegal aliens the hell out of here.

Illegals know there are employers who will hire them despite E-Verify and that is why they come! That is a huge incentive for them, knowing there are jobs available! They would be much less likely to come if they knew no one would hire them.

The enforcement structure for this is already in place, it has just not been used the way it should have. Any money spent to enforce no hire laws for illegals is money we won't need to spend to send them back where they came from because they won't come to begin with if they can't get hired.

Employers that hire illegals are a big part of why the majority of them are here. So let's do everything humanly possible to ensure American businesses are operating in accordance with our written immigration laws.

Our federally mandated seat belt law is not law because everybody wants it or it makes them comfortable, it's law because it has been proven to save life. Does it save everyone in an accident, no, but it does greatly increase the survivability of a crash victim. Mandating E-Verify should be looked at in the same context. Will it prevent every single employer from hiring an illegal immigrant, no, but it will decrease the probability of it happening.

This is likely to happen with any immigration bill put up for a vote. This is why the laws we have need to be enforced! Anything new can be finagled with to include amnesties we don't want.

They are E-Verifying American Workers. Who wants that??!! You want your facial image and your drivers license and god knows what else in a federal database? What is wrong with you people? E-Verify isn't about verifying illegal aliens, it's about verifying ... you.

Oh geez, you're seat belt people. You're probably mandatory auto insurance people, too. No wonder you like that income tax.

    God help US.

I spoke with Rep. Dave Brat by phone yesterday. He said he is not open to including Amnesty in his bill. Please spread the word.
