"Republicans" did NOT FIGHT Health Care Monstrosit

Why, because the INSURANCE INDUSTRY was not threatened this time, Obama made sure they were covered so they did not run TV ads.

The REPUBLICANS let this fly through with little opposition exept from TALK RADIO.

How may ADS by the 'Republican' RNC did they run against healthcare?

You are soooo right. Over one million people showed up last September, yelling at the top of their voices "NO"! While millions more visited local offices. They are no longer hiding back room deals, my question is why? Do they know that 2008 was our last election? Or do they have the ACORN guarantee they will not be voted out? But that is ok, they have protected this atrocity with the following language in key portions of the bill

it shall not be in order in the senate or the house of representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection.

I disagree. I watched them on CSPAN and other news networks for days and have listened to their arguments for months on health care reform. My email inbox was full of GOP arguments against this government health care takeover for months and months. And there were TV ads against the bill although I don't recall who paid for them. I think they fought as hard as they could while facing an unchanging stonewall majority of dirty dealing "big government" socialist Dems in both houses. In addition, how can you have fairness with the biased monster of mainstream media anyway?

I want to thank all the Republicans for their tremendous efforts to defeat this "worst bill ever".
I am going to personally email them a thank you. If it hadn't been for them there would have been no opposition whatsoever.

I agree that they fought it as best they could.
