Sure, if you walk down the street wearing a color someone finds offensive, you are open to a lawsuit.

The fact is, we have laws and I think the 'opening themselves up for a lawsuit' are scare tactics the pro illegal and our administration want everyone to buy.

We can sit around all day and think up reasons and excuses why these laws aren't being enforced - the fact remains they aren't being enforced and new laws won't be either.

Unless we have a drastic change.

The attitude of 'we need a law', in other words, a new law - is just fodder for the feet dragging politicians. We have enough laws on the books in this country - we can cover any situation that arises.

Are you aware our government threatens companies with
discrimination lawsuits for trying to weed out fake docs?

When Cintas a uniform company in San Francisco gave employees
with no match SS numbers 60 days to clear up the problem

Benny Thompson on the Dem HS committee threatened to haul them
    into court for discrimination

To be honest, I do not see any grounds for a lawsuit.. not that one is needed by the Government..

Then click on the Sunday, 12/23 show.
He was talking about the Tim Russert interview.

Since that time, this has been cleared up MANY times-----including by Tom Tancredo when he sat down and talked with Romney for an hour before coming out publicly and endorsing him!!!

PLUS----he made his intentions VERY clear during the debates on Saturday and Sunday!!

Romney does NOT plan on giving illegals amnesty.

There are no grounds for actions - just because it is threatened.

As I said, anyone can be threatened for any reason, at any time by the government, by their neighbors or some silly organization.

Again, let's all sit around and think up excuses for them - no that that group needs any help.

    I agree!!!

These people NEVER give up on the Russert interview-----even though----Romney has clarified his position NUMEROUS times since then-----with Tom Tancredo-----and in front of millions during both debates!!!!

I did not see the debates.. so he said ALL illegals would have to leave and apply to come back the proper way in line with everyone else?

tell a different story from the other 3

The part nobody seems to be getting is a
hard core "get out the jackboots and round um all up" type
candidate is not going to win , its just not going to happen

Mitt does play the middle in some cases and even Tancredo has
done that , If you don't , you are toast
There you go again with your hyperinflation of other candidate's positions. Where in the name of all that is Holy do you see a candidate saying
"get out the jackboots and round um all up"
    ????

Your kind of inflammatory posting does little to raise the level of debate.
It is NOT hyperinflation------Romney ACTUALLY did something while in office to stop the illegals------long before the issue became as hot as it is now-----and LONG before Tom Tancredo came into the picture!!

And yet all I keep hearing is that Romney is way to weak on his
stated position of enforcement through attrician
Try answering the question. Where do you find ANY candidate saying "Round 'em all up."??

Romney has had almost a month to clarify his Russert interview and his position, yet he does not. He and his 'handlers' must think it better to leave the question unanswered, or at the least highly ambiguous. Lots of wiggle room there, and I don't trust the man.

The man needs to eat at the 2 for 1 buffet to feed both of his faces...
