[Watch] Rookie Black Republican Rep Mia Love Responds To Sheila Jackson Lee’s “Selfish Americans” Accusations

Mia Love, the newly elected black female Republican Congresswoman from Utah, gives her perspective on the race-based open border position that her imminently unqualified colleague Sheila Jackson Lee made in which she labeled those Americans who disagree with open borders as selfish.
Love is described as the daughter of Haitian immigrants, with no mention made as to whether they came to this nation legally or illegally, a point that should have been noted. While the Republicans relish the opportunity to shed some of their undeserved racial baggage, they should be cautious in overdoing it. What counts is not the race or sex of Rep Love. What counts is her legislative sincerity and ability. It would be easy for some to repeat the mistakes of embracing Hussein Obama, which were based upon appearances and little else.
She says that Obama shouldn’t be exceeding his authority into the realm of the legislators and that seventy-four percent of the American people made that known on November 4th. She says Obama simply can’t make unilateral decrees, that he works for the American people. That is true, but with this criminal regime, the truth is their enemy, the truth exposes their corruption.
They play a clip of the Texas Democrat Rep Sheila Jackson Lee, and her comments of the previous day in which she said that what Obama is doing is not amnesty but prioritization, saving money and keeping families together by not enforcing the law. It’s about allowing children to not come home to places where their parents have been thrown from their places of work.
So it’s about removing personal responsibility for your own actions and placing them upon the American people. As far as saving money goes, every cent of Jackson Lee’s salary is money that is being wasted. That would be a much better place to start to economize.
She talks about the courage of Hussein Obama, obviously a theme that will be pressed as it was the same message from Luis Gutierrez, and about the gifts that the selfish American people have been given.
The ignorant Lee should know that our liberty was not a gift; it was won through real courage of American fighting men and women. We are not being selfish to protect it, we are being wise. That wisdom is an attribute that she has absolutely no chance of ever developing.
Love is new, but she’s already sounding like a bit of a RINO. Maybe she’s nervous, but she seems like she’s awfully willing to allow the bully Democrats to dictate the agenda and to pressure her into voting in a manner of their choosing. The fact that something is done in a bipartisan manner doesn’t make it good law. The Senate Bill passed with bipartisan support and authorship and it was a horrible piece of legislation that would have crippled the American worker.
These new Representatives and Senators need to stand up to the Democrats. They are going to attempt every tactic in their playbook to coerce and manipulate concessions. The message to Rep Love is “Don’t make rookie mistakes, remember who you represent, their views and why you are there.”
