Roughly 60% Of Arizona Voters Are Against Pro-Amnesty Politicians...

Poll: Roughly 60% of Arizona Voters Are Against Pro-Amnesty Politicians

    Jose Nino | Dec 2, 2021

According to a recently published Rasmussen Reports poll, close to 60% of likely voters in Arizona indicated that they are less likely to back politicians who voted for the amnesty provisions in President Joe Biden’s “Build Back Better Act” budget reconciliation package that passed on November 19, 2021.
John Binder of Breitbart Newsnoted that this amnesty plan “will provide work permits and driver’s licenses to about seven million illegal aliens.”
Less than 25% of likely voters in Arizona confirmed that they would be more likely to support a politician that voted for the amnesty.
House Democrats passed the $1.75 trillion Build Back Better Act, which featured amnesty provisions, and is now in the Senate for consideration. Democrats have tacked on several of their pet policy projects into the reconciliation package due to how it only needs a simple majority and cannot be filibustered.

In addition, the poll discovered that the majority of likely voters in Arizona are against granting amnesty to illegal aliens. About 57% of voters said they do not back amnesty. On the other hand, a minority of 37% indicated that they supported the amnesty.
Over 60% of likely voters in Arizona believe that such an amnesty would incentivize further illegal immigration into Arizona while just 32% said “it won’t make much difference.”

This survey comes ahead of the 2022 midterms, which Republicans are expected to dominate. Senator Mark Kelly will be up for reelection in 2022 and Senator Kyrsten Sinema will be defending her seat in 2024. Supporting amnesty could potentially anger many Arizonan voters and lead to a likely defeat.
Binder noted that “the overwhelming majority of likely voters in Arizona seemingly want a return to strict border controls enacted by former President Trump that were gutted by the Biden administration.”
64% of likely voters in Arizona said that border crossers and illegal aliens should be promptly sent back to Mexico instead of being released into the American interior. Less than 30% support catch and release measures.
By the end of 2021, the Biden administration is expecting over 2 million illegal aliens to reach the U.S.-Mexico border. As it stands now, over 500,000 to 600,000 border crossers have been let loose into the U.S. interior since January.

Republicans would be wise to tap into the immigration issue during the 2022 midterms. BLP has previously revealed that Republican voters still view immigration as one of the key issues that gets them to the polls. If they hit the right buttons on immigration, Republicans will win the 2022 midterms resoundingly and be in a good position to retake the White House in 2024.

This week our activists fought hard and put pressure on US Senators in the vulnerable states of Arizona, West VA, New Hampshire, Nevada, and Georgia, as well as calling the entire US Senate!

We have 5 business days left to fight next week, and some of our political targets are signaling they are leaning away from Schumer on the Amnesty containing Build Back Better bill.

We want to run paid online ads again into the states we feel can make the difference, but to do that, we need your help by Monday.

Please consider helping ALIPAC.us raise the funds we need to A. Patch the 1k hole in our budget that is hampering our fight, and B. To pay for new ads next week that can mobilize more Americans in certain states to join us on the phones to oppose this nation-destroying Amnesty bill HR 5376,
