Is this the organization that lambasted Ron Paul's remarks concerning deporting every illegal immigrant.

There are many here who are much more expressive in their opinions and knowledge, that make great points and arguements. I hope that some will make arguements and statements, opinions and keep in mind some of the positions of Ron Paul. Better stance? Worse? In an honest manner.

It depends on what you mean by the term "deportation". The position of the board of NumbersUSA is that few if any people without other offenses need to be arrested, confined and physically removed by state or federal force. If access to jobs and public services is cut off the vast majority would leave of their own accord. This contrast with a massive military and police round up on the one hand or some form of amnesty on the other.

He said they're not coming here for the welfare benefits or to commit crimes, for all he knows they're running from crimes they already committed!
And picking up new charges on the way!

Most of them have not commited other crimes and are not motivated by the desire to collect public benefits. They are here because they can make from six to fifteen times as much money for work here as they could where they came from. They fail to calculate or gloss over the fact that the cost of living is higher here too. Many of them would be better off were they to head home because it costs less to live there. Even more would be in that situation if E-verify rolled out and public benefits were cut off.

Steve, I am getting the impression you are the only one not wearing a Kevlar vest.

I thought Roy gave good answers to an "interviewer" that was out to nail him. Roy pressed home the fact that illegal immigration is linked to jobs. After the interview, the "interviewer" and about three others repeatedly talked trash about Roy. Of course he's no longer part of the conversation and can't defend himself.
