RUSH: I think Trump ought to get hold of this, this report that I have here in my formerly nicotine-stained fingers and start carrying it around and waving it around with him.

There is a group -- and they admit they're a conservative group -- the group is called Family Security Matters. What they have done is researched and they have footnoted this thing like Apple patented the iPhone. They have footnoted this report. It prints out to 11 pages. Non-American... The headline of the story of the report is: "Trump is Right: Illegal Alien Crime is Staggering in Scope and Savagery -- Non-Americans commit over five times more serious crimes per capita than Americans. It is estimated that there are some 133,741 foreign criminals in prisons and jails in the USA. ...

"Add in the 168,680 convicted criminal immigrants who have final orders of removal," i.e. deportation, "but who remain at large in the US, and another 179,018 convicted criminal aliens with deportation cases pending but who are also at large, and we have a total non-American felon population of 481,439." Let me cut to the chase on this. The "non-American felon population" in the United States is currently at 481,439 people.

That "number the size of our 35th largest city," and my adopted hometown, "Sacramento, California, and larger than the entire populations each of Atlanta, Kansas City, Omaha, Miami, Minneapolis -- and more. ... Looking at it another way, illegal aliens constitute 27% of the federal prison population. This means that a group which comprises less than 5% of the population nationally is committing 27% of the federal crimes. So just by that metric alone, illegal aliens commit over five times more serious crimes on a per capita basis than residents do.

"But here's another fact." We're not through here, folks! "According to the US Government Accountability Office (GAO)," according to the Regime, "in an April 7, 2005 report to Congress entitled 'Information on Criminal Aliens Incarcerated in Federal and State Prisons and Local Jails,' 'The percentage of all federal prisoners who are criminal aliens has remained the same over the last 3 years -- about 27%. The majority of criminal aliens incarcerated at the end of calendar year 2004 were identified as citizens of Mexico.'"

Where have we heard Mexico mentioned in the news lately?

Oh, yeah! It's been mentioned by the Trumpster, The Donald. Again, those numbers are from 2004/2005. Admittedly, there are a lot of numbers here that I have peppered you with. And they're hard to follow. You forget the previous number when you hear a new number mentioned. So Family Security Matters is the website and we will link to this at RushLimbaugh.com. But here's just a selection of crimes committed against Americans by illegals, again from Family Security Matters. Now, they're very up-front about the fact they're a very conservative group. But I say this thing is footnoted. Everything is included. Every statistic, every number is cited and footnoted and traced back to its source. The source for much of this is our own government. So that's just a selection of crimes committed against Americans by illegals.

So the bottom line is that what Trump has been running around saying, he's right. He's more right maybe than he knows, or maybe he has been made privy to this. But the bottom line is, he's right. He's not making anything up and he's not speaking in generalities. It just sounds like it because the numbers are so huge. Non-Americans commit over five times more serious crimes per capita than Americans.

It is estimated that there are some 133,741 foreign criminals in prisons and jails in the USA (1). They are not there for spitting on the sidewalk or jaywalking, and very few are there for immigration violations, as those illegal alien criminals are typically deported in fairly short order or simply let go as we have seen time and time again. They are there in large part for molesting, raping, killing, maiming and murdering people in America, as you will see below.

Add in the 168,680 convicted criminal immigrants who have final orders of removal but who remain at large in the U.S., and another 179,018 convicted criminal aliens with deportation cases pending but who are also at large (2), and we have a total non-American felon population of 481,439...a number the size of our 35^th largest city, Sacramento, California, and larger than the entire populations each of Atlanta, Kansas City, Omaha, Miami, Minneapolis - and more.

And remember, for most of these felons, there was a victim.

Looking at it another way, illegal aliens constitute 27% of the federal prison population (3). This means that a group which comprises less than 5% of the population nationally is committing 27% percent of the federal crimes. So just by that metric alone, illegal aliens commit over five times more serious crimes on a per capita basis than residents do.

But here's another fact. Sorry to report the truth here, but quite a few people owe Mr. Trump an apology.

That doesn't even include all the other criminal aliens that the government desperately tries to hide from the public even though they must announce it: according to Jessica M. Vaughan, Director of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, the 36,007 criminal immigrants that the Obama administration released in 2013 to prowl the streets of America even though they had a collective 88,000 convictions, including 193 homicides, 426 sexual assaults, 303 kidnappings and 1,075 aggravated assaults. And that was just one year's worth of criminal illegal aliens let go to continue to prey on the citizens of the USA.

In 2014, in a cynical move that can only be described as depraved especially because Mr. Obama ‘s most important job is to protect Americans, the Obama administration released another 30,558 criminal immigrants, who had a total of 79,059 convictions, into America to mingle with its unsuspecting, innocent, law-abiding citizens. Someone ought to tell the man what his job is.

I just had a moment of clarity. Trump does not put jobs ahead of the crimes and deaths that aliens have caused. That is a large part of his appeal. To me it is, anyway. He talks crime first, then jobs. that is in prioritized order, what good is your job if your families lives are at risk? Do not be shy, if you believe me wrong answer the question.

Non-Americans commit over five times more serious crimes per capita than Americans.

It is estimated that there are some 133,741 foreign criminals in prisons and jails in the USA (1). They are not there for spitting on the sidewalk or jaywalking, and very few are there for immigration violations, as those illegal alien criminals are typically deported in fairly short order or simply let go as we have seen time and time again. They are there in large part for molesting, raping, killing, maiming and murdering people in America, as you will see below.

Add in the 168,680 convicted criminal immigrants who have final orders of removal but who remain at large in the U.S., and another 179,018 convicted criminal aliens with deportation cases pending but who are also at large (2), and we have a total non-American felon population of 481,439...a number the size of our 35^th largest city, Sacramento, California, and larger than the entire populations each of Atlanta, Kansas City, Omaha, Miami, Minneapolis - and more.

And remember, for most of these felons, there was a victim.

Looking at it another way, illegal aliens constitute 27% of the federal prison population (3). This means that a group which comprises less than 5% of the population nationally is committing 27% percent of the federal crimes. So just by that metric alone, illegal aliens commit over five times more serious crimes on a per capita basis than residents do.

But here's another fact. According to the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in an April 7, 2005 report to Congress entitled "Information on Criminal Aliens Incarcerated in Federal and State Prisons and Local Jails", "The percentage of all federal prisoners who are criminal aliens has remained the same over the last 3 years--about 27 percent. * The majority of criminal aliens incarcerated at the end of calendar year 2004 were identified as citizens of Mexico." Sorry to report the truth here, but quite a few people owe Mr. Trump an apology.

That doesn't even include all the other criminal aliens that the government desperately tries to hide from the public even though they must announce it: according to Jessica M. Vaughan, Director of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, the 36,007 criminal immigrants that the Obama administration released in 2013 to prowl the streets of America even though they had a collective 88,000 convictions, including 193 homicides, 426 sexual assaults, 303 kidnappings and 1,075 aggravated assaults. And that was just one year's worth of criminal illegal aliens let go to continue to prey on the citizens of the USA.

In 2014, in a cynical move that can only be described as depraved especially because Mr. Obama ‘s most important job is to protect Americans, the Obama administration released another 30,558 criminal immigrants, who had a total of 79,059 convictions, into America to mingle with its unsuspecting, innocent, law-abiding citizens. Someone ought to tell the man what his job is.

What little I saw in clips of Trump's Arizona speech, I liked his demeanor. A politician speaks at rallies with the intent of not losing any supporters while influencing others to support.

That is not what I saw in Trump's body language yesterday. He was relaxed while intent. It seemed he was speaking to the people attending, confident that they would solicit other supporters if he supported them. His message was good, but not all verbal, so I doubt gobbled-gook sales pitiches.

I keep feeling his appearances, live or on TV, are for saying here I am, this is what I am, if we agree we can work together. If you believe that as I do, I do not think it makes a dang to him what your politics are.

I just wrote a post about this subject, but of course Rush, with a good research team--I assume, has really done a much better job answering the preposterous claim that US citizens commit more crimes than "immigrants."
