Judy's one of those rare birds with the ability to straddle three fences at once (Republican, Democrat and Libertarian). :D

Not really, "rare". Most Republicans were Democrats before the Republican Party was formed in 1854. They broke away from the Democratic Party for primarily civil rights issues, mostly for black Americans, but also for workers and women's rights issues as well. There were a lot of free traders in the Democrat Party, and the new Republicans supported protected trade and due to the times, fought for our territory, fought for our borders and were some of the first to realize immigration controls were necessary.
The War on Drugs, the Income Tax and the Federal Reserve were all started by Democrats in 1913, not Republicans.
Dumb then, dumber now. Americans are waking up. We're going to fix this disaster called the War on Drugs, and it's going to happen pretty fast.Quote:
That was then, this is now!
So by your logic we should just quit fighting against things we know to be destructive and harmful simply because it's easier to surrender? You don't fix a problem by ignoring or surrendering to it. You also don't fix a problem by feeding it. There are still American's out here that believe in fighting for what they know is right instead of quitting in the face of a little adversity.
I never supported the government's War on Drugs to begin with. I support legalized regulated drug sales. Always have. You're free to get your butts out on the sidewalk handing out fliers and information "fighting" drugs all day long if you see it as destructive and harmful, and I'll defend your right to do it every day of the week and twice on Sundays. But I'll fight you all the way to election day and the US Supreme Court if necessary if you want our government to do it for you. This disaster called the War on Drugs has to end and end now.
Staples does a nice job with flyers and they're pretty reasonable too.
