He is doing a segment on the two Border Patrol Agents that have been prosecuted in Texas.

Just watched it.............this is just total insanity. I swear this nation is going to hades in a handbasket and this place isn't going to be fit for a decent human being to try and live. I'm shaking I'm so damned mad. Probably going to bust my keyboard I'm pounding so hard.

Just emailed Lou my sincere thanks for trying to help those two agents, for reporting this story and for his persistance in getting the entire story. I smell fish....this stinks!!!

I didn't see it, can anyone tell why those two agents were prosecuted and what penalty has been given ?

Not calling for permission to continue a chase, not filling out paper work.

For doing their job and protecting our country!! I would imagine because special interests in this country, including every Mexican Consulate within 500 miles insisted on prosecution, and George Bush and his Attorney General Gonzalez wanted it this way. Do every damn thing you can to discourage the BP from doing its job. This is politics, not justice.

I know that those agents did their jobs, but maybe they were reckless and being irresponsible in the chase. I mean, the result is that we have 9 dead people and someone has to be punished for that.

Lou's issuing a challenge to the asst US attorney who prosecuted the case to come on but hasn't receive a response.

Wouldn't the top dog have to approve prosecuting this idiotic charge? I think Lou should go after her boss.
