Sure do!! I just hope he doesn't award the Mexican troops with the Medal of Freedom, or something. Nothing would surprise me at this point.
Personally I think we can count on the speech being a bunch of "thank yous" a bunch of "I really appreciates" and the rest will be how we're going to rebuild New Orleans.

Not that all of that isn't important. But I'm waiting for the day when he announces something really significant or different from the usual blah blah blah.

One thing's for sure he won't mention a word about our dangerous borders and the 145,000 illegals in Louisiana. Maybe it's better that he doesn't, I'd hate to hear what he has in mind.

Toss in the word "appreciate" about fifty times, and I think you've got it.

If the Mexican troops get any medals at all I'll flip out. I got shot at in Iraq, saved the lives of two kids and got an Army Achievement Medal for my efforts. That's something you get for a field exercise. I got it for a war.

I got hit with hot brass a bunch of times (ouch!) and almost went ballistic over there when I heard that John Kerry got to put himself in for a Purple Heart for that same thing. AND GOT IT!

I'm so glad he didn't win. Have you seen him lately? He's got more botox in him than Helen Gurley-Brown.

I'd like to know what his speeches would be like if he actually spoke from the heart and had to use original thought instead of having his cronies from NYU write his speeches for him.

Oh! If he gives the Mexican troops medals ??? There's going to be a lot of calls to 911 where people have collapsed right in front of the TV. They're going to have to come and administer oxygen to millions of Americans!! Let's not even go there.

Saw it this morning on Telemundo News (Noticiero) at 7 am. There was Jorge' Bush shaking hands with men in military uniforms and sure enough it was the Mexican Flag patch on those uniforms. An illegal violator of the U.S. and Americans best friend is U.S. President Bush. Impeach President Bush worse than Clinton.

If you want your (illegal) immigration news don't watch U.S. media watch Telemundo Noticiero or Univision (mute the volume).

So now a speech to gloss and cover up......
That's right Countfloyd...not only the word 'appreciate' but also throw in about 20 "hard works", 15 "compassionate Americans", 10 "spreading democracy", 8 "global"s, and surely somehow will end up at a couple frightening "Terror"s and even "Iraq".

Katrina also will somehow end up being about scary National Security.
