Here is the new House bill as of June 26, 2019 H.R. 3401

Well, it has been over 6 years since I was here and my tolerance just ran out with the crazies on the left trying to do stupid things on immigration. For those of you who may be old timers I was once one of you, I worked for 6 years at the Kalifornia border with various groups reporting Illegal Aliens and was very active here in Alipac. Enough about me, on with the real juice.

I finally found the bill that the House passed last night just prior to the July Vacation they are taking! Ever notice in the searches you do on search engines like Google that NONE of the sites that come up ever show the actual Bill number? My guess is they do not want you to read the actual TEXT of the bill because it will be different than the "Version" they are trying to portray to the readers....but we won't let that stop us will we!

For all you folks who just love reading bills and picking them apart here it is.

    H.R. 3401 https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-...bill/3401/text

Respectfully, Ken Dreger Now residing in the great state of TEXAS!

Thank you Ken. We expected the house bill to be a liberal socialist wish list on immigration.

But the real danger is in the Senate bill where Kushner's Amnesty deal is likely to reside.

They send both bills to conference, then pass Amnesty to Trump's desk in a budget bill just like they did with HJ Res 31 on Feb 15.

WG- I think that the Senate bill will be part of what Trump said earlier on that he was going to do some form of DACA and this will probably be in it as a carrot for the left. Any bill that is to be passed has to stop chain migration, updated Asylum regulations, updated & reformed deportation regulations and $$$ to build the remaining wall. Look at how fast the Build the wall folks did! You know I am 100000% in favor of a nice big stron wall and it is because a Wall is our first line of actual defense. It works and we know it.

Another interesting part of HR3401: Remember when the elected officials were turned away from the detention facilities? well the left wrote into HR3401 this that would prevent that from happening again: Sec. 307. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to prevent a United States Senator or Member of the House of Representatives from entering, for the purpose of conducting oversight, any facility in the United States used for the purpose of maintaining custody of, or otherwise housing, unaccompanied alien children (as defined in section 462(g)(2) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 279(g)(2))): Provided, That nothing in this section shall be construed to require such a Senator or Member to provide prior notice of the intent to enter such a facility for such purpose.

WG- the Senate passed the Budget back in Feb. If I recall, the new issues are about this "Emergency funding" for our borders. There is a bill in the Senate: https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-...nate-bill/1900 that titled: S.1900 - Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act, 2019 Which may be what you are looking for. It is similar to the one just passed in the House by the Left.
