Laguna Beach Cancels 4th of July But Funds DLS
The City of Laguna Beach has ordered that the 4th of July fireworks celebrations be canceled due to the city's poor economic condition, BUT it will continue to fund the illegal alien day labor site as their second highest funded community programs. (The first highest program receives only $1,000 more).
The 4th of July fireworks cost the city $25,000 yearly. The illegal alien day labor site cost the city $20,000 yearly, but each year since 1989 the city has had to grant an emergency funding to them, so some years it has cost up to $40,000.
If you click on the link above and read the story and then click on the link provide at the bottom to view the city's budget, you may see all the documentation in Attachment 1 Section C. Under Community Assistance Budget Cross Cultural Council is the name of the group who runs the day labor site. You will see they have been awarded $20,000 for the upcoming year of 2010.
This should be a slap in the face to every American and an outrage!

If anyone brings pyrotechnics to the day labor center this 4th of July they should remember to wear gloves.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Yes, go to this link, and to see where they continue to fund the day labor site arrow down to where you see the page that says "Community Assistance" "Exhibit C". Find where it lists "Cross Cultural Council" that is the name of the group who runs the day labor site. You will see they have been awarded $20,000 for the year 2010. Compare that to all the other programs and you will see they are receiving the second highest amount of any program in the city. (The highest funded receives only $1,000 more, but they also aid and abet illegal aliens, but we'll fight them later).
So, Laguna Beach cancels July 4th but continues to fund the illegal aliens!!!
PLEASE BE SURE TO GO TO THE OC REGISTER LINK THAT WAS ORIGINALLY POSTED AND MAKE COMMENTS TO THIS STORY AND THEN LISTEN TO BILL HANDEL ON KFI TOMORROW AT 7AM

The City of Tucson (AZ) announced that they were cancelling celebration of 4th of July this year, about 1 month after "Cinco de Mayo", but thankfully a few local businesses and a private citizen stepped up with donations immediately after the announcement, so fireworks and celebrating Independance Day are back on.

The City of Laguna Beach has...
made it official that catering to Illegal Aliens is now a higher priority than maintaining the cultural customs of American Citizens.
