Should Obama be impeached over his refusal to enforce the law?

In 2010, around half a million foreign nationals were apprehended trying to cross into this country illegally from Mexico. By the most conservative estimates, that translates into a million who made it in.

In June, the Obama administration issued a memo announcing that federal immigration officials do not have to deport illegal aliens if they are enrolled in any type of education program, if their family members have volunteered for U.S. military service, or even if they are pregnant or nursing. http://www.ice.gov/doclib/secure-commun ... n-memo.pdf

The new policy of “prosecutorial discretionâ€

Obama isn't the first oval office sitter without the backbone or the will to enforce our immigration laws. It's possible that he ignores those laws for reasons other than those quoted by past presidents. Personally, I believe there are MANY reasons to remove Barry from his current position - disregard for our current immigration law is only a drop in the bucket.

ANY elected official, from the President on down to the local law enforcement should be impeached for NOT upholding their oath to defend the United States from foreign invasion.

Here it is in writing:

United States Constitution, Article IV, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

The Presidential Oath of Office

The oath to be taken by the president on first entering office is specified in Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Why hasn't anyone tried to bring suite against Social service, court rooms and schools, hospitals among others for prejudice and personal information being forced from Americans when these illegals get special treatment.

Why is it necessary for us to prove we are Americans.. To pay our own bills.
Apparently Americans are the only ones who have the burden to prove who we really are and pay our bills.
What do you think would happen if we went to a hospital and refused personal information? Social services and Wick and said we didn't have any income but have 6 children?
I am guessing someone whould be checking.
Why doesn't anyone do spot checks on these illegals to see where our tax money is going? Go to their homes, schools, do some investigating.
How can someone possibly get 3000 a month in foodstamps? a friend who works at wallmart said that was the balance a latino had on her card.
