Simple solution to illegal immigration.
We do not have to spend billions to round illegal up, put them on busses that reach from Canada to the Mexican border or close the border. Simple go to the businesses that hire them. We know who they are and where they are. Those businesses that hire illegal should be fined, if that does not work, jail them, if that does not work, close down their businesses. Three strikes and they are out of businesses. Make is so that business can only hire legally those who have legal permits to work in this country. Illegal would leave this country on their own without any cost to this country. The only reason they come here is because businesses hire them to do the work at wages far below what they would have to pay an American.
The work would still get done by Americans and those with legal permits to work.
There could be a special permit for illegal that work in the fields and the permit would not let the work at any other job. ( inmates could easily do the field work, they have done it before and it would help the system financially) Illegal fields workers do not work year after year in the fields but go on the inner cities and take jobs from Americans and students.
Why make a simple solution complicated.
Do not let our leaders sell out American which was build by legal immigrants.

Welcome aboard, dyehard! Well said. I think you'll find that many of us here agree with what you said. You're right that the solution is simple, but the problem is our Federal government has not been enforcing the laws currently on the books. Yes the simplest solution imaginable. One that any retard could understand. Enforce the laws that are on the books now and for Gods sake close our borders ! Do they listen? Nope only thing they hear is cha-ching cha-ching, illegal contributions and bribes while they sell off what is left of this country. How many multi-million dollar homes do the swines need?

Agreed.. wipe out their funding and they will go away. Follow the money, that is the ONLY DAMN REASON the illegals are here. Legit businesses should be shut down if they are using any illegals and any "off the books" laborers are using them they should be jailed for a felony offense of aiding abetting known criminals.

Illegals have been and will continue to take jobs from AMERICANS as long as our PISS POOR GOV'T allows them. I am a college student at 43 because my company was given incentives to send jobs to Mexico and who knows where else. Just think illegals taking spots in college that was designed for HARD WORKING, HONEST, TAX PAYING citizens and their children and grandchildren. I was talking with a professor of mine the other day, and she told me that this country has a shortage of spanish speaking teachers and the gov't may possibly get illegals to teach our children in the school system!!!!! Can it get anymore stupid? If an illegal immigrant first act in this country is a felony by being here illegally, What is next? Planting a bomb? Driving drunk on the highway the wrong way with no driver's licence? Enforcement first I say.

The president said: "When illegal immigrants know they will be caught and sent home, they will be less likely to break the rules, and our immigration system will be more orderly and secure." What a novel idea! The truth is that we have NEVER tried this before. There has always been a wink and a nod and we are suffering the consequences now.
Why hasn’t the president fulfilled his oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States and enforce the law? He has had five years (Clinton had 8 years, 41 had 4 years). I think that is a legitimate question. The answer is simple….because they (the president and Congress) are selling this country one vote, one dollar and one day at a time. They are playing politics with America’s future as a sovereign nation.
They need to ENFORCE our laws, build a fence on the border and send the National Guard to assist the Border Patrol. The Senate should endorse the House Bill (H.R. 4437 & 3095). They need remove the “anchor baby” clause. One of the most important parts of the bill is ENFORCING the verification of the immigration status of workers before hiring them, with increased fines for employers who fail to comply.
As it stands, the proposed guest worker program is amnesty. It rewards bad behavior and encourages more of the same. Any law that allows amnesty for people that are here ILLEGALLY is unacceptable. The colonization of this country by illegals will continue if there is not a strong message to those who break our laws (that includes Americans).
The president said: "As we debate the immigration issue, we must remember there are hardworking individuals, doing jobs that Americans will not do, who are contributing to the economic vitality of our country,". I guess he thinks if he just keeps repeating that line the American people will buy it. The issue is not how hardworking these people are or even if they are doing jobs that Americans will not do (which they are not). The issue is the ILLEGAL colonization of this country, the lack of enforcement of our laws, the increase of diseases and our sovereignty.
The protest marches by illegals and by the left-wing communist (tens of thousands) is a typical example of what happens when you write laws with no funding or intention of enforcing them. This blatant display tells you that they know that they are heard in Washington and the American citizen is not. Thousands of illegals marching telling everyone they have “rights”. Thousands of illegals demanding that our government put foreign interest above American citizens. Thousands waving flags of their home country and desecrating the American flag. Thousands thumbing their noses at the “rule of law”. This blatant show of power is a direct result of our lawmakers empowering them because they don’t have the backbone to stand and protect this country and our Constitution. This is OUR country and is about time Washington, including the president, started recognizing that fact.
One of the very serious consequences of ignoring the laws of this nation is an increase in drug resistant Tuberculosis, hepatitis A B & C, leprosy, Chagas Disease, Hemmorhagic Fever , dengue fever, Polio, malaria and other communicable diseases. By entering this country illegally, screening for diseases and vacinations are bypassed. This poses serious Health and Safety issue to all Americans.
We need a president and lawmakers who represent America’s interest and uphold and enforce the Constitution of the United States.
