John Cornyn's Job approval rating is below 50%, bad news for an imcumbent!

A new Survey USA poll released today shows that Texas Senator John Cornyn’s approval rating continues to hover well below 50%. Only 46% of Texans approve of the way Cornyn is handling his job, with 40% disapproving. Cornyn’s approval rating hasn’t cracked 50% since 2005 -- by contrast, Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison has an approval/disapproval rating of 59-34.

I have a feeling thing are going to get worse for him too, with any luck may be he will see the light!

I saw that about Cornyn. It is not at all surprising. I'm calling the TX GOP on Tuesday to see if they are still willing to support him, or if they will find a real conservative who will protect our sovereignty to run against him. I have a feeling the answer will be something like they can't find someone who would run against him, or, though they complain about him, they would still rather him be in DC, blah, blah, blah.

The problem with our Texas Senators is that Senator Hutchison has no true stance on immigration and follows the crowd, while Cornyn is nothing but an immigrant-worker-before-American-worker hack. So sad for a state that is sitting smack-dab in the middle of the illegal immigration debate.

Add that to the fact that the President, a Texan, is also in that boat.

Heck, our State Reps are about to wrap up the session, so you'd think they would trying to get as much legislation done as possible, right? WRONG! They are trying to get rid of our Speaker!

Texas politics is in shambles...WHAT WOULD SAM HOUSTON DO?!
