    This Issue:
One-Year Anniversary of Senate passing amnesty -- As prospects in the House dim, Pressure on Administration to circumvent enforcement mounts

It's been exactly one year since the Senate passed S.744, the Schumer-Rubio-Obama amnesty bill, granting legal status and work permits to more than 11 million illegal aliens and doubling legal immigration, but your tireless efforts have kept it from passing through the House and becoming law!

After the Senate vote, the mainstream media wasn't asking "if", but rather "when" would the House pass "comprehensive immigration reform". GOP House Leadership was eager to appease, thinking amnesty would help them at the polls.
But against all the odds, you stepped up your efforts, and 365 days later, Congress is no closer to passing a blanket amnesty. In fact, just yesterday, Amnesty champion Rep. Luis Gutierrez took to the House floor to proclaim the end of any hopes of reform this year and demand that Pres. Obama take matters into his own hands.
S.744 lives for another 6 months, and make no mistake, House Speaker John Boehner would like nothing more than to satisfy his big business donors by giving them the amnesty and foreign-worker increases they so dearly desire. But while we continue to dissuade House Leaders from taking action, we can't turn our backs on the complete and total disregard for our nation's immigration laws by the Obama Administration. The situation on the Southern border worsens every day, and with House action becoming more unlikely, the pressure from pro-amnesty activist groups to halt all deportations and open up our borders continues to mount on Pres. Obama.
Over the last two weeks, the Administration has tried to establish facilities across the country to house the thousands of illegal aliens that have illegally crossed the border in recent weeks. Citizens in Virginia, Illinois, and Southern California have already blocked these efforts. But where will the Administration look next? Reports are surfacing that refugee centers in Michigan are prepping for a massive influx of illegal aliens, but the center's administrators are being instructed to not comment on the numbers. There's also word that officials are eyeing a facility on Long Island, but even Democratic Rep. Steve Israel spoke out against the plan.
Earlier this week, we asked you to contact your three Members of Congress and tell them that you didn't want the border crisis brought to your state. You responded in droves and it appears to be working as Congressmen from both parties resist the efforts.
The Administration says the housing of illegal aliens across the country is only temporary as newly-arrived illegal aliens await their court dates and possible deportation. But, despite those claims by the Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials told the House Judiciary Committee earlier this week that 87% of individuals who had been issue "Notices to Appear" over the last 5 years are still in the United States awaiting their processing, making removal for the most recent illegal border crossers highly unlikely.
CIS: ALL JOB GAINS SINCE 2000 HAVE GONE TO IMMIGRANTS
All net job gains since 2000 in the United States have gone to immigrant workers, according to a new study from the Center for Immigration Studies. Using government data, the study found that the number of working immigrants (both legal and illegal) has increased by 5.7 million since 2000, but the number of working native-born Americans has decreased by 127,000 over the same period.
The study also found that native-born Americans accounted for two-thirds of all population growth since 2000, causing the number of working-age Americans not in the labor force to increase by 17 million from 2000 to 2014.
The findings confirm that high levels of immigration do have a negative impact on employment levels for native-born Americans. It also contradicts arguments made by open-border groups that increased immigration creates jobs for American workers.
CIS issued the study to coincide with the one-year anniversary of S.744 passing in the Senate.
Also today, Gallup released a new survey finding that the plurality of Americans support lower immigration levels. In fact, the survey found that across all three political groups -- Republicans, Independents, and Democrats -- more Americans support lowering immigration levels than increasing them. We've posted new faxes to your three Members of Congress telling them about both the CIS study and the poll.

Report: Cheat Sheets Help Illegal Aliens Confront Border Agents, Remain in the U.S.

    Updated:

    Thu, Jun 26th 2014 @ 2:24 pm EDT
TheBlaze’s Sara Carter reports that Border Patrol Agents have found “cheat sheets” that provide illegal aliens rehearsed answers for the questions Border Patrol Agents will ask upon apprehension. The answers present a case for “credible fear,” which clears the way for remaining in the U.S. to attend an immigration hearing. “It’s proof they are told what to say,” a government official told TheBlaze.
An official at the Department of Homeland Security said human traffickers likely give illegal aliens the cheat sheets. They give suggestions in Spanish on what to say when approached by a Border Patrol Agents.
TheBlaze provides a picture of one note the reporter acquired that lists questions that pertain to being granted an immigration hearing, and the answers to give Agents. The printed statements in Spanish on the note are:

    • “Why did you abandon your country?
    • Because of poverty and misery.
    • You’re in fear of your government and afraid to live in your country.
    • You’re afraid of extortion from Maras [MS-13 gang].
    • Do you have family in the United States?
    • Is this the first time you’ve come into this country?
    • Did you swim across the river?
    • Somebody told you that if you brought a minor child into the United States you can stay.”

The note also includes handwritten “yes” or “no” answers to the questions, and personal notes like “Who did you live with?” and “My aunt, but she crossed the border.”
Agents have been reporting that most illegal aliens they encounter use the same answers suggesting they left their countries because they had “credible fear.” The DNS official told TheBlaze, “Several years ago, we would hold illegal aliens until their court date. We didn’t have this huge crisis when they knew they couldn’t get away and were being held. Now we let everyone go because we have no space — the administration also makes it impossible to do our job and deport them.”
See the cheat sheet and read more in TheBlaze.

Here is a news source where one can actually see one of those cheat sheets.

Just a reminder. While the focus has shifted to the recent surge at the border, interior enforcement continues to be abandoned as evidenced in this report yesterday.
Understand that this man was on his third order of removal and a lot of tax dollars had already been spent. Also, notice how his employer now boldly advocates for a stay of deportation on his behalf with total impunity.
This part of the problem can be changed without any new bills, and a possibility of a conference with S.744, being passed. They simply need to enforce current law. If not, one can anticipate a further breakdown of the law to be replaced with total anarchy. Of course, that is just what they want.

Someone had to initiate the human traffickers on how to carry this mission out. Since our U.S. borders continue to remain unprotected, I question who the "lead" human trafficker could be.

Can the United States stop all of the wired money transactions to Mexico and Latin America ?
In my thinking it would be the wake up call Mexico and Latin America need to deal with the immigrant problem they refuse to deal with .
Just thinking outside of the box.

Can't stop them but they can be taxed to create a disincentive, as the State of Oklahoma is doing. Such legislation wouldn't pass the Senate, however

    Hi Van,
How about a waiting period (24-72 hours delay in payment) or a Photo ID required for wire transactions?

Probably but your suggestions are sure to be litigated if passed at the state level. We know Oklahoma's taxation of transfers can be implemented because it was vetted in the courts. Again, don't count on anything like this passing the U.S. Senate

Vice-President Biden, in a visit to Central America last week, claimed that the "root causes of this immigration… [are] … poverty, insecurity and the lack of the rule of law" in Central America. (Associated Press, June 20, 2014)
His solution to this crisis is to undermine the rule of law in the US by refusing to deport illegal aliens and offering them sanctuary for an indefinite period inside the US and to increase poverty and insecurity within the US by allowing anyone who breaks into our country to remain here. It sounds almost as though he is more concerned about the welfare of Central Americans than that of his own countrymen.
On the other hand, maybe the Democratic Party’s vote-farming efforts have been off-shored to the sending countries themselves. Clever idea, Joe: Grow low-information, government-dependent voters abroad and, when ready for use, ship directly to the US.

Here are six facts you need to know about what President Obama fraudulently calls the unaccompanied minors “urgent humanitarian crisis.”
First, many minors aren’t unaccompanied. Rather, they’re traveling with their mothers, some pregnant with future anchor baby citizens. Other women crossing are of child bearing age—this bodes poorly for Americans who favor limiting population growth. As a whole, the arriving aliens have little education, few jobs skills, and don’t speak English. Many will be dependent on social services throughout their lives.
Second, despite what the Obama administration tells you, the illegal immigrants aren’t fleeing Central American violence. The aliens have advised immigration officials that they intend to reunite with their families, a high percentage of which are also illegal immigrants and who have told their Central American relatives that once inside the United States, Obama will allow them to remain. Before releasing the aliens, officials issue them an immigration court appearance date. Since few show up, the orders are jokingly refer to as “run letters.”
Third, some of those released have contagious diseases. An HHS source, working with the south Texas Border Patrol, reported that many of the youths have pink eye, scabies and tuberculosis but are nevertheless medically cleared and released because of overloaded housing facilities.
Fourth, although there’s talk among some influential Washington D.C. politicians like Hillary Clinton that the aliens should be returned home, Obama and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson don’t echo her sentiment. Quite the opposite, the Department of Justice created a $2 million fund to provide legal representation to the minors. The goal is to help the aliens achieve legal permanent resident status which will eventually lead to citizenship.
Fifth, the alien totals are huge and growing. According to the Border Patrol, unaccompanied children apprehensions increased from 16,067 in fiscal year (FY) 2011 to 24,481 in FY 2012 and 38,833 in FY 2013.
During the first eight months of FY 2014, the Border Patrol processed 47,017 children. If the influx continues apace, and it shows no signs of slowing, DHS predicts that by fiscal year-end September 30, annual totals could exceed 90,000.
Sixth, while news reports emphasize that aliens are processed mostly in the Southwest, they’re being dispersed throughout the U.S. Knowledgeable insiders confirmed that two planeloads of aliens were flown to Massachusetts; the first to Bedford’s Hanscom Air Force Base and a second to Boston’s Logan Airport before they were released. Efforts to relocate hundreds of alien children in Baltimore and Central Virginia have been temporarily blocked because community leaders were tipped off early enough to protest.

I was in Brazil for a vacation just before the last presidential election. I met someone on a bus who spoke English. After some conversation it transpired they were deported from the US in 2004. Then they blurted out how enthusiastically they supported Obama for president. When I asked the reason it was "because he will allow me to go back".

Senate Democrats blocked Republicans on Thursday from passing two bills that would require companies to verify the legal status of people before they hire them, and stop the government from handing out child tax credits to illegal immigrants.

One thing was left out. The Obama administration are a human traffikers.
Our government paid for these people to come to the United States.
How do you think 50,000 people crossed the Mexican border without the Mexican officials knowing about it. Joe Biden went to South American countries to give them money. That was money to pay back the South American countries used to send all the people north. Think about it.

No, Roger, the money is to underwrite repatriating them. But you're correct that the Administration is engaging in human trafficking. It's violating related laws by transporting these particular illegal aliens across state lines

Chairman Goodlatte: 'Obama Fiddles While our Borders Implode'

At a Wednesday hearing on the surge of illegal aliens crossing the border, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., said "These individuals know that the Administration's policy of non-enforcement of our immigration laws presents a golden opportunity for unaccompanied minors and families with minors to come to the U.S., most likely to be released with very little chance of ever being removed...It is often said that Nero fiddled while Rome burned. Unfortunately, it seems Obama fiddles while our borders implode."

Canada to reduce foreign-worker visa program
Canada's generous guest-worker program has often been held up by Big Business groups as a model for the United States to follow, but the Canadian government has announced plans to scale it back. The government is reducing the number of visas issued, the length of time that workers can stay in the country, and increasing the fees for businesses that wish to use the program. The changes have upset business groups in the country, but comes at the urging of the Canadian citizenry.
