Student Loan Program-Question I'd like answered

Does anyone here have any idea why Obama's nationalizing of the student loan program in conjunction with nationalizing healthcare isn't a hot item?

Is it because most haven't realized what he has done?

With nationalizing the student loan program under the sole control of the Federal government, the Federal government now can control not only who can get a student loan, but what school you can go to and what you study while there.

By controlling what schools student loans are approved for the Feds can by controlling the money then control what is taught, i.e., socialist/communist philosophy based curriculum.

Is it any wonder why one of the bribes in the healthcare deal dealt with a single bank in the country being exempt from the student loan takeover?

This question has been bugging me since the nationalization.

The student loan program was already heavily nationalized. It's the accreditation program that matters. If people start to not be able to get loans to attend accredited schools, or certain programs in accredited schools, or schools that were or should be accredited lose accreditation, then something is up. We really already have tight controls on the higher education system, and have for a long time.

You need to grasp the significance of what has happened. Under the previous system student loans was administered by and funded through private sources. The only thing the central government did was guarantee the repayment of the loans.

Under the 'new' version the government funds the loans out of tax revenue and fully administers the loan program. Under the old program if you felt that you were discriminated against you could sue the private bank, Wells Fargo, BofA, etc. Under the new program since it's the government there is no recourse as you can't sue the government without its permission.

The only thing you can do is bring a suit for constitutionality against an agency of the government. Without the ability to effectively bring an action then our ability to resist is minimized.

You have to give Obama and his thugs credit they are waging an all out war to try to gain complete conversion to a communist style government within his first four years in office. If he can accomplish that we might wind up seeing President for Life Obama.
