Sue the sanctuary cities and ACLU?

The governor of Colorado was on KHOW 630 AM Denver this morning and he said he believes cities with sanctuary or those that apply a double standard for illegals maybe sued under the equal protection clauses of the Constitution. In other words, if you run a red light and you go to jail but an illegal does not get punished because of such a policy then you are being discriminated against...? Somebody help me out here? Is this the 14th Amendment?

Also, 3 Colorado State Senators went to Arizona to ride with our minutemen but there were protestors at the Capitol building in Denver protesting. You know, LIBERAL DEMOCRATS with names like BACA?
Anywway, the paper quoted a ACLU official saying things like "...these people are human beings too..." The head off a local UNION said the same kind of thing. As a dues paying UNION member I do not agree!

UNION leaders are socialist hypocrites anyway. This woman is more concenred with illegals while our wages and benefits are eroding. I know one union official who has seen a $30,000 raise the last 4 years while jobs have been lost and wages cut! Illegals are lowering wages so why would UNION leaders not agree with deportations?

ACLU supports ILLEGAL immigrants over citizens! This is why I say as bad as Bush is the DEMOCRATS are even WORSE!

Sanctuary cities can play a part in my plan for States to deport their illegals to other states.

A Northern state for example, can not fortify their border with Mexico because of geography, even if there was political will.

They should announce that they will start emptying their jails of criminal aliens. They will be sent on buses to YOUR sanctuary city/state along the border.
The border states have, in a sense, failed the inner states in stemming the invasion.

It can be a kind of payback for the burden those inner states have to face.

Since those cities have sanctuary policies, they will have no power or right to stop hundreds of busloads of violent criminals being dumped on their state capital steps.

See how long the sanctuary policy stays in effect as they crumble from the strain.

This might seem a bit cruel, for some states to pile on another like this, so maybe sending them all to D.C. would be better.

Make the Washington politicians have to live with the endless stream of 3rd world being dumped on us.

Consulting an attorney before-hand might be wise.

...AND you could claim that they are busloads of protestors, and their civil rights MUST be protected.

Make up a bunch of signs with embarrassing slogans to insult the politicians. Hand them out to the illegals before they get off the bus.
