If you think the illegal aliens problem in this country is bad; if you think the outrageous amounts of our legal citizens’ tax paid dollars is unfair to legal citizens; and if you think that all the other free benefits such as welfare, housing, clothing, food, education even into the post high school years and preferences in employment are too burdensome now, as the saying goes, “You ain’t seen nothin’ yet.”

In the Vision to America (VTA) July 27, 2012 online Newsletter an article titled “Obama Plans Massive 2nd Term Amnesty for Illegals”. A follow-up sub-heading read, “Program would immediately register new Americans to vote.” How does that grab you?

I would simply ask you what you are thinking. Not waiting for your reply, I can guess that the great majority of you would say, “Holy somethingorother” and then start planning to move to an island in the South Pacific.

Before you start packing your duffel bag, let me state that Obama himself did not make that horrifying statement or statements on the illegal aliens in this country and the millions more soon to be crossing a U. S. border near you; according to the Vision to America, “The schemes and many more are documented in the soon-to-be-released book “Fool Me Twice: Obama’s Shocking Plans for the Next Four Years Exposed.”

The book, by New York Times bestselling authors Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott, uncovers the template for Obama’s next four years - the actual, extensive plans created by Obama’s own top advisers and progressive strategists.” The article continues, “The second-term amnesty plans come in the form of interagency directives, legislative attempts and a series of Executive Orders similar to Obama’s June 2012 Order to stop deporting young illegal immigrants who entered the United States as children if they meet certain requirements.”

One section in their book, “Fool Me Twice,” is dedicated to liberal-progressive organizations such as the Center for American Progress who helped with the language of the reform bill introduced December 15, 2009 in Congress by two Hispanics, Reps. Solomon Ortiz, D-Texas, and Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., with 91 original co-sponsors, was called the “Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America’s Security and Prosperity Act of 2009.” As of this writing in late July 2012, the 645-page bill has yet to pass.

Klein and Elliott state in their book that progressive organizations helped to craft Obama’s initial immigration reform policies and formed the basis for policies and recommendations for amnesty during his second term. The book shows plans for new limitations placed on the apprehension of illegal aliens and new members of a new “vulnerable population” including those who provide full and direct support to their minor children, parents and other dependents - or most illegal aliens already in the U. S.

Specific amnesty plans documented in “Fool Me Twice” include a call for new restrictions placed on apprehending illegal aliens who are members of a newly defined “vulnerable population.”

The “vulnerable population” definition includes “individuals who provide financial, physical and other direct support to their minor children, parents or other dependents”-in other words, most illegal aliens inside the U.S.

The “Fool Me Twice” book outlines some “unlikely to draw much support” details such as some others grouped into the “vulnerable population” category and those are “individuals who have been determined by a medically trained professional to have medical or mental health needs.” The specifics of the mental or health needs are not defined which could hinder support for the measure.

The immigration reform bill written and introduced by two Hispanic U. S. Representatives, Ortiz and Gutierrez as stated above, have placed an inordinate amount of other restrictions in the bill on venues or sites where suspected illegal aliens may not be apprehended in the “premises or in the immediate vicinity of 20 sites: childcare provider; school; legal-service provider; federal court or state court proceeding; funeral home; cemetery; college, university; community services agency; social service agency; hospital; emergency care center; health care clinic; place of worship; day care center; head start center; school bus stop; recreation center; mental health facility; and a community center; also pregnant or disabled illegals.”

After that list you wonder: “Who’s left?” There are other provisions in the amnesty plan for unrestricted visas, and green cards for more immigrants to enter the U.S. legally which would seem to be just more icing on the cake; so why bother? Obama the dictator will be in full course mode if reelected; OTOH, America will be in the toilet.

'Living wage' could 'crash and burn' U.S. economy

Progressive organizations behind White House policy have crafted specific, second-term plans for President Obama to enact a “living wage” that would force all employers to increase the salaries of the nation’s workers to meet “basic needs” such as housing, food, utilities, transportation, health care and recreation.

Such a “living wage” was previously attempted in over 80 U.S. cities, many times to disastrous affect.

The progressive groups, already instrumental in influencing Obama’s first-term economic agenda, also call for Obama and Congress to enact a government mandate to force businesses to provide 12 weeks of paid benefits to employees who need time off to care for a new child, a sick family member or their own illness.

These schemes, and many more, are documented in the soon-to-be-released book “Fool Me Twice: Obama’s Shocking Plans for the Next Four Years Exposed.”

The book by New York Times bestselling authors Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott uncovers the template for Obama’s next four years – the actual, extensive plans created by Obama’s own top advisers and progressive strategists.

Crash-and-burn economics
On jobs, the progressive group Demos, which has been instrumental in helping to craft Obama’s first-term economic agenda, prescribe the implementation of a higher minimum wage that would “raise the floor for all employees” nationwide.

Non-wage benefits such as “sick leave, paid family leave and more control over their work schedules” would be included.
“Fool Me Twice” document the Demos report titled “Help Wanted: American Needs a Better Jobs Plan” by David Callahan and Tamara Draut, Demos’ co-founder and vice president, respectively.

The Demos executives recommend that government “can and should play a vigorous role in encouraging employers to create good jobs – perhaps by providing tax incentives that require employers to pay a living wage.”

The reference to a “living wage” comes straight from the pen of Karl Marx, author of the 1848 “Communist Manifesto.”

In his book on the living wage, Donald R. Stabile, professor of economics at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, wrote, “Marx believed that only under communism could he find support for his ultimate goal of a living wage, ‘From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.’”

A “living wage” was implemented in 80 cities by 2003, sometimes spearheaded by the radical ACORN, Klein and Elliott document.

In the winter 2003 issue of City Journal, Manhattan Institute scholar Steve Malanga wrote that for more than a decade, a “savvy left-wing political movement, supported by radical economic groups, liberal foundations and urban activists” had lobbied for a “government-guaranteed ‘living wage’”

Baltimore, for example, embraced the living wage in the mid-1990s but failed to become a “workers’ paradise.” Instead, the city saw its economy “crash and burn,” related Malanga, while 58,000 jobs disappeared at the same time other cities across Maryland added 120,000 jobs and other cities across the country prospered.

Malanga stated that the living-wage bill was “just one expression of a fiercely anti-business climate that helped precipitate Baltimore’s economic collapse.”

Such a bill was strongly pushed by ACORN, including at the group’s headquarters in New Orleans.

Meanwhile, Demos is also pushing a family-leave law such as the proposed Family Leave Insurance Act. The new bill, first introduced in the House of Representatives in 2005, builds upon the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. The measure afforded eligible workers unpaid family leave while preserving a worker’s job or a comparable job upon return.

“But the new plan goes a giant step further – from job preservation to a new form of entitlement,” write Klein and Elliott. It would provide 12 weeks of paid benefits to employees who need time off – to care for a new child, a sick family member or their own illness.

The benefits would supposedly be financed through employees paying premiums into a trust fund, who would then be eligible through a tiered system after having paid into the trust for six months.

“Yet besides the cost of such a scheme, nowhere in their paper do the authors address the impact of the easily imaginable scenario of dozens of employees taking up to three months of paid leave simultaneously,” wrote Klein and Elliott

Four more years?

Slated for release Aug. 7 by WND Books, “Fool Me Twice: Obama’s Shocking Plans for the Next Four Years Exposed.” unveils all the main areas of Obama’s second-term domestic policy onslaught – jobs, wages, health care, immigration “overhaul,” electoral “reform,” national energy policy, Pentagon plans and much more.

“Just as ‘Unfit for Command’ provided the margin of defeat for John Kerry in 2004, ‘Fool Me Twice’ will ensure Obama serves only one term,” said WND Books publisher Joseph Farah.

Just as in 2008, when Obama concealed his true presidential plans behind the rhetoric of ending partisan differences and cutting the federal deficit, his 2012 re-election theme of creating jobs conceals far more than it reveals about his true agenda for a second term.

Most conservative books about Obama focus on his radical background and what he has done until now. A small number of ambitious projects attempt to show what America may look like after four more years of Obama based on generalities and what the president has already done.

While many are expressing general concerns over Obama’s future ambitions, “Fool Me Twice” lays bare the devastating details and consequences of a second Obama term as president.

The book is based on exhaustive research into Obama’s upcoming detailed presidential plans and policies, as well as the specific second-term recommendations of major “progressive” groups behind Obama and the Democratic leadership – the organizations that help craft legislation and set the political and rhetorical agenda for the president and his allies.

Here are a few highlights of dozens and dozens of second-term plans uncovered in “Fool Me Twice”:

• Government-funded, neighborhood-based programs to better integrate the newly amnestied immigrants into society, including education centers and health care centers. A “federal solution” to ensure that the amnestied immigrants are treated “equitably” across the United States.

• The recreation of a 21st century version of FDR’s Works Progress Administration program within the Department of Labor that would oversee a massive new bureaucracy and millions of new federal jobs.

• Specific plans for a National Infrastructure Bank.This entity would “evaluate and finance infrastructure projects of substantial regional and national importance” and would finance “transportation infrastructure, housing, energy, telecommunications, drinking water, wastewater, and other infrastructures.”

• Wresting control of the military budget from Congress by attempting to place an ”independent panel” in charge of military spending while slashing the defense budget in shocking ways.

• The vastly reduced resources of the U.S. Armed Forces will be spread even thinner by using them to combat “global warming,” fight global poverty, remedy “injustice,” bolster the United Nations and step up use of “peacekeeping” deployments.

• A new “green” stimulus program and the founding of a federal “green” bank or “Energy Independence Trust,” which would borrow from the federal treasury to provide low-cost financing to private-sector investments in “clean energy.”

• Detailed plans to enact single-payer health care legislation controlled by the federal government.

There are also designs to remove the caps on H-1B visas and green cards, a move that would bring in an untold number of new immigrants.

Other second-term plans include a program for government agencies to immediately register as voters the new Americans who would receive amnesty.

The second-term amnesty plans come in the form of interagency directives, legislative attempts and a series of executive orders similar to Obama’s June 2012 order to stop deporting young illegal immigrants who entered the United States as children if they meet certain requirements.

Eligibility

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the office of president. A president must:

• be a natural-born citizen of the United States;^{[note 1] (this means he must have two US citizen parents)}
• be at least thirty-five years old;
• have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.

A person who meets the above qualifications is still disqualified from holding the office of president under any of the following conditions:

• Under the Twenty-second Amendment, no person can be elected president more than twice. The amendment also specifies that if any eligible person who serves as president or acting president for more than two years of a term for which some other eligible person was elected president, the former can only be elected president once. Scholars disagree whether anyone no longer eligible to be elected president could be elected vice president, pursuant to the qualifications set out under the Twelfth Amendment.^[64]
• Under Article I, Section 3, Clause 7, upon conviction in impeachment cases, the Senate has the option of disqualifying convicted individuals from holding other federal offices, including the presidency.^[65]
• Under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, no person who swore an oath to support the Constitution, and later rebelled against the United States, can become president. However, this disqualification can be lifted by a two-thirds vote of each house of Congress. ( Obama rebelled against the United States when he swore falsely to uphold the constitution, knowing he was not a natural born Citizen, if his Kenya birth certificate proves to be true he is not even a citizen of the US )
