Birth Certificate Fraud Happening Right Now!
My brother just called me and he was furious! He was at the county records department to obtain a copy of his birth certificate and there was a Hispanic, non-English speaking man ahead of him in line. The Hispanic man was being helped by a Spanish/English speaking Hispanic woman. The man requested SIX copies of one child's birth certificate, and FOUR copies of another child's birth certificate. After the Hispanic man left with all 10 copies, another lady working there, asked the Hispanic lady, "Why did he want so many copies of those 2 children's birth certificates?" The Hispanic lady replied, "they want them as",( now get this), "SOUVENIRS!" I might be wrong but who would NEED 10 COPIES AS SOUVENIRS? A copy costs $10.00 each and this man paid $100.00 for multiple copies of a souvenir? My brother said he could not help but speak up and here's what he said to that lady, "Souvenirs, my a**, those copies are PROBABLY going to be sold to illegals whose children WERE NOT born here in America, to use as a passport entitling them to stay here." My brother said that this really ticked the Hispanic lady off, but she said nothing back to him, just gave him a dirty look. I bet this type of fraud is happening everywhere right now. Those smeared baby footprints on the birth certificates are basically worthless and it would require a DNA test of the child and the parents to prove that the child holding that certificate, is actually the child it belongs to! These illegals just keep finding ways to get around the system and it's not going to stop, either.

There is a lot of fraud that goes on with birth certificates other than with illegal immigrants.
No one should be able to get copies of birth certificates other than that person's certificate and their parents should be able to get copies. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a legal reason why anyone else would need to have a copy.

Yes,
Just spend a few hours at your county recorders office looking up records on the computer and just study the clientele. It's a real eye opener.
If you have a hispanic last name, run a search on yourself and log the results for later.
I didn't know it before, but I own 2 homes in different states right now. Can't wait 'till I show up to sell them.
The identity fraud problem is rampant and being completely ignored by our federales.
Another thing you can do is to request an earnings history from SSA. It takes a few months, but the results are often awakening there too.
Now if you are really industrious and interested;
Run a credit check in your name, but not your social. Many illegals and (other) criminals have credit in your name and social, and some very greedy credit agencies have been known to separate them when they find out, and keep them secret from you while they await the person perpetrating the fraud's intent to service debt or become legal in another number.
I posted this here or on another board before, but after 9/11, the FBI visited me because I fell into a category. One of the criteria was that more than one person was using my SSA. Now they new where this person was, and that a federal crime was being perpetrated, however; Their only resolution was to encourage me to run a credit check on myself.
This person, by the way, had driven up my reportable income for a year by about 30K. Oddly enough, once the error was found by the treasury department, their only interest was in separating the two of us in the record. Nothing more.It will not be enough to send a letter. I made a mistake it's $10.00 a copy, not $3.50. The last copy I got was $3.50, my brother said it is now $10.00 a copy so the Hispanic guy paid $100.00 for souvenirs

Your government knows what is going on - they either don't care or are encouraging it.
My son worked for a time on a contractual basis a few years ago. The IRS contacted him last year and said he had $6,000 in unreported income from that company. He told them he didn't - they insisted and wanted the taxes on them. He contacted the company - with no reply. He contacted the IRS and asked them to help him get copies of any cancelled checks to cover this and the IRS refused to help. They just want him to pay the taxes.
Can we say maybe some company just used his SS # because he no longer worked for them and my son may pay the price for this illegal activity.
He doesn't seem to be concerned - he says they will have to prove something sooner or later -
My daughter in law found out some Mexican women in the Rio Grande Valley was getting welfare on her SS#.

And if you own any of the cars in the driveway you just plum forgot about those too.
Also if the utilities are in your name and ssn too you could call up all the utility companies with your information and request for them all to be shutoff and explain your identity was stolen and ask for a pin to be added so they can't turn them back on.Free Ramos and Compean NOW!

I am speaking with an attorney about this, however the fraudulent usage is inother states, so I may have to get a referral there first. I'm not going to just show up there. It would be interesting to do so, but I can envision all sorts of problematic scenarios that might happen. I want to be standing on solid ground and then I'll be posting photos here.
You know, we should check into the birth cirtificate fraud thing here. If we can find a way to establish wrong doing, and find a way to combat this, two things might happen:
The giveaway of birth cirtificates might become too risky for those using the system fraudulently
or
It continues, but it becomes a major issue in the fight for our cause.
I'll look into it some more here. The recorders office is a county service, and there may be a way short of grand jury investigation to open the records of who is getting them, and how many times. There may even be a way to find out how many times individual certificates have been copied. You know how data oriented the governments are.It will not be enough to send a letter. We will have to march on washington and dictate terms in the white house

There are ways to check this out,
Run searches on any hispanic name that you know, or that you have. Just google it, search courthouse civil, family, criminal cases; search through any databases for the county clerk or recorders office.
Some names are quite common of course, but others are not. the thing is, no one is expecting scrutiny from individuals, and as such, are not covering their tracks really. It will not be enough to send a letter. We will have to march on washington and dictate terms in the white house
