According to my attorney, Mr. Richard Carnell Baker of BAKER SIMONS, Attorneys At Law, the Honorable Congresswoman has been subpoenaed to appear in court to face me whom she has accused.
Based on her testimony against me to the arresting Capitol Hill officers, the Congresswoman must appear in court according to the Sixth Amendment of the US Constitution.

Apparently, the General Council for Congress is attempting to contend that her Honor does not have to obey the subpoena due to the House of Representatives "House Rules" concerning elected leaders appearing in ordinary peoples court cases.
However, the brilliant Mr. Baker states that the US Constitution "trumps" Congressional House Rules.
Of course he is brilliant and he is right!! For to be otherwise, would mean that individuals of Congress or Caucuses of the same, would have ultimate power over "We The People" because the former are being allowed to function in governance over and above the Constitution of the United States.
If the Honorable Congresswoman and the leaders of her Democratic Party persuades the Justice Department to "drop the case" for fear of consequences, she and they are in rebellion to the Constitution of the United States. They are not honoring their sworn duty to protect the citizens of this jurisdiction.
Therefore, no American citizen is above the Law of this Land, especially elected officials, including the President because they/he works for us.
Public officials are not our kings or queens, masters, nor bosses, instead according the our founding fathers Dream for America, the former are to be our servants. "We The People Are Their Bosses" And we never forget it!
It must not be forgotten that elected (and appointed) officials hath taken a sacred and solemn oath of office to give their undying allegiance to the Constitution and the peoples that it protects in a greedy world of the few who are hell bent on enslaving the masses of us.
Any and all government officials who rebel against the virtues of the US Constitution is in a state of treason and insurrection and must be dealt with accordingly.
The Honorable government legislator is in such a present state of rebellion to that which has she sworn herself to.
Naturally this case incident around the questionable activities of Congresswoman Waters is turning into a competition with Capitol Hill as to who rules over the American peoples, Members of Congress or the Constitution of the United States.
The President or the Constitution of the United States ?
No American citizen, high, middle or low, is above the American law.
Ms. Waters, the legendary so-called African American leader has the following options with this case, they are:
• obey the Superior Court Criminal Division's subpoena and allow me
access to my Constitutional Rights of facing my accuser in the courts of law;
• or ignoring the subpoena and not appear in court that my accuser may
face me;
• or hope that the Attorney General drops the case.
Either option, I (We The People) win. Ironically, the court case states,
"The United States v Theodore Hayes, Jr."
If the usually aggressive Congress Member does anything other than allow my "day in court" by her Honored appearance, Ms Waters is not fit to remain as Representative of the American people, because she deems herself to be above the law.
Furthermore, if I am the horrible "bad man" that she had arrested, then it is her duty to take me on in court for the sake of defending "We The People" from any further harm from one such I...even as a good shepherdess protects the sheep.
Also, how ironic:
• that the great leader was in full attendance with at the Jena 6 festival decrying the arrest of a young Black male football sport joc who was jailed and awaiting trial for physically beating an innocent White teen;
• yet, the brave Representative of the people had one of us, yours truly, a Black man arrested, not for physically beating-up anyone, but rather questioning her disobedience to the US Congressional Oath of Office to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States and the people thereof.
As Congresswoman Waters often does, in the Jena situation she, along with other members of the US Congressional Black Caucus loudly accuses the Justice system of wrong doing;
Yet, the Honorable lady, is seriously attempting to avoid the just Constitutional Rights allotted to me her accused arrest by the Capitol Hill Police; and taken away from this nations Halls of Power in hand-cuffs for the world to see.
Humph! Some law maker and respecter of law! The Congress Member has no right to speak about inequities of the Jena case.
