Lou Dobbs Tonight
http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/lou.dobbs.tonight/
We will bring you a shocking report from the U.S.-Mexico border on two border patrol agents who could face life in prison for enforcing border security.
Then, Clark Kent Ervin, CNN security analyst and author of "Open Target: Where America is Vulnerable to Attack," joins us to discuss the uncovered U.K. terror plot.
Plus, we will be joined by a distinguished panel of Middle East experts: Daniel Pipes of the Middle East Forum, Karim Sadjadpour of the International Crisis Group and Alon Ben-Meir of the World Policy Institute
In a chilling development that casts strong doubt on the U.S.
government's ability to manage any guest worker program, the
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service responded to a Freedom
of Information Act request for H1-b data by saying…we can't
find it. They can't find the information on who they granted
visas to, or what companies they granted them to. What does
this mean for the possibility of a well-run guest-worker
program?
WHY HAVE A PROGRAM IF THEY DON'T INTEND TO OPERATE IT RIGHT?
I don't know about you people, but the way things are going.......it kind looks a little bleak from my standpoint on our country.END OF AN ERA 1/20/2009

Last night Lou had the story about the border guards being charged and found guilty, awaiting sentencing, tonight he was to have part 2 on this I hope it didnt get set on the back burner, these guard need all our help. I don't think it is to late for our country if everyone else wakes up like NOW! NOw is a really good time to blitz our senators again about border security and for gods sake no guest worker program!
Build the dam fence post haste!

I can't wait! I missed Lou last night because of a family obligation...and I am experiencing symptoms of withdraw.

Lou said that he would follow this travisty until he gets to the bottom of what is driving the sentences that the border agents could face.
