    I found the comments under that YouTube video slightly amusing.

    People were crediting the Third World conditions to a downturn in the So. Cal. economy and not one commenter hypothesized that it was due to decades of unchecked third world migration into the area.

    There are similar scenarios in AZ. In fact, by the time I took over managing this property, the RV section here had been reduced to nothing better than what was in that video, just on a smaller scale.

    It was disgusting. We now have a policy requiring applications for the RV spaces and haven't rented one out in over a year because of that policy.
