Title VII Litigation as a Social Change Agent
This is an approach I have followed, as an alternative to Homeland Security’s cavalier attitude towards law enforcement: Filling a charge under Title VII based on national origin discrimination.
I have two actuall clain documents. I assure you all the factual claims I make as the Plaintiff are true, and can be proven.
If there is anyone in your organization who is willing to do a story or publicize trial progress, etc., on this, I am willing to cooperate.
If you are interested in receiving a copy, please contact me at either address, PO or email.
