The US Department of Justice has a comment form, https://www.justice.gov/doj/webform/...rtment-justice
and you can direct your comment to a specific department or person. I just sent a comment to Jeff Sessions about the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and why it should be enforced against groups that are engaged in non-registered lobbying of government. The FARA law was designed to curb grass roots lobbying on behalf of a range of foreign interests---corporations, political movements, persons or groups of persons. These are called "foreign principals", and certainly illegal aliens would qualify in the category of persons and groups.

The FARA Unit is a division of the USDOJ.https://www.justice.gov/nsd-fara

In 2008 3 Democrat Senators----Schumer, McCaskill and Obama--- complained to the FARA unit that our congress was being lobbied on behalf of foreign interests by a group known as AIPAC. Here is what I sent and feel free to use these phrases as needed.

Dear Mr. Sessions,
Please re-invigorate the Foreign Agents Registration Unit. This was created by the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938. It is designed to curb lobbying of US officials on behalf of foreign principals. We have now intense lobbying of our federal, state and local governmental officials on behalf of people who are not lawfully admitted to our country (illegal aliens)who should be considered foreign principals under the FARA Act. Lobbying can only be done on their behalf by registered lobbyists. This maintains normal diplomatic protocol. To my understanding this would preclude grassroots lobbying, phone calls, sit ins in Congressional offices, street protests or anything outside of registered lobbying activities intended to persuade a government official.

Our elected representatives are making critical decisions in regard to foreign persons. This Act should be enforced against those who are going beyond its limits---i.e. acting outside of registered lobbying activity.
