Trump needs to enforce the law and throw illegal kids out of our schools.

There is no law passed by congress that says illegals can use our schools. Back in 1982 in Pleyer v Doe the Supreme Court wrote a law that ordered states to give free k-12 to illegals. Well - the constitution says only congress can write laws. "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a congress of the united states."

But there is a law passed by congress, section 1324 title 8, that makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live in america and giving them free schooling certainly does that.

There are around 40 million illegals in america and maybe 10 million in our schools and at $12,000 per kid, that is $120 billion each year. But it's more than even that since lots of these kids can't read or even speak english and require more help than american kids.

We don't need a wall. Take away all the freebies such as school and health care and welfare and most illegals will leave.

I oppose birthright citizenship also but that's not what this thread is about. I'm talking kids born outside of america who then were illegally brought here. By letting them use our schools we are encouraging them to live here and that is a federal felony.

As for the issue of birthright citizenship, it is NOT mandated by the 14th amendment. When the 14A speaks of "jurisdiction" it means political jurisdiction not legal jurisdiction. I wish trump would say that.

Their country STATES that if they give birth on foreign soil than that child IS a citizen of their country.

The illegal parents need to be deported WITH their minor children.

Stop issuing foreigners US birth certificates...give them a "Certificate of Child Born Abroad" and they go apply for a Birth Certificate in their country.

That is your opinion not based in fact. The fact is our government does give them citizenship. The fact is their country still recognizes their parents citizenship. So they do have dual citizenship, at least until they are 18.

The Amendment states: "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

The only persons I can think of who are outside of this "jurisdiction" are diplomats, who have diplomatic immunity. But then again, they are "legal".

And that was a statement that the people, "citizens of the United States Of America", endorsed the laws of the Constitution. And parts of the Constitution cover all people in this country, whether citizens or not, as it and the laws under it have jurisdiction over anybody within our borders! And other parts of the Constitution exclude those who are not citizens from things such as voting in out elections.
